Review 1：Lawanda, the clerk at the desk was really nice and tried to satisfy the customer. She was the only thing I liked about this place. I will not be going back and I will let every in I know not to stay there, as we were attending a bowling tournament that is there every year.
Review 2：The staff was not friendly. The guy on the night shift kept watching me and my room and every time there was a visitor he would tell me they had to go because they were not on the list in the room. Nosy. Rude. Brash. Untactful. Obnoxious

Review 4：I really wanted to use the pool. The pool area was locked and the water looked as if no one ever took care of it. When I booked the motel in the amenities it showed a pool and that was the reason for my booking the room..I didn't get my money's worth.

Review 9：No mini fridge and microwave. Charged for a nite of lodging when wasn't there. Outlet wouldn't work for my curling iron and hair dryer. Would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Review 17：Where to start..light above vanity did not work, speakers on tv did not work so sound was garbled, mold on shower curtain, baseboard molding behind toilet laying on floor, door in bathroom would not shut as trim on floor was broken and door was catching on carpet, handle on bathroom door broken, when we arrived in room found our ice bucket filled with ice sitting in sink as if a guest had checked in and found what a dump the room was and checked back out.

Review 43：The location was great. We were within a couple of miles of the Augusta National Golf course and there were several restuarants in walking distance. There were also some that had live music outdoors at night which was fun. We read the reviews after we had booked the hotel and were concerned about the feedback. Many said that the sheets were dirty and that there were bugs in the room. We brought our own bedding (and bug spray) just in case. The rooms are very old and very simple, but they were clean. We just needed a place to sleep as we were attending the Master's tournament. It's a very basic hotel, but it worked for us. The location was GREAT. The price (during Master's week) was also EXCELLENT.

Review 52：Nick Patel is a jack ass who was clearly was high on who knows what refused to give me a booked room refused to answer phone calls from booking.com. Beds are stained rooms are not vacuumed bathrooms were not swept beds were like sleeping on a brick don't stay here for your own good no matter the cost.
Review 53：Staff was unfriendly Rooms were dirty, first one had a roach infestation and they refused to change our room until the next morning. The room they moved us into was clean at first glance but when I went to make the bed, I saw that the mattress was covered in urine, blood and food stains and the box spring had graffiti all over it and I have pictures and video to prove it.
Review 54：I had a really hard time organising a transfer to the airport through the hotel, which I found strange because the hotel didn't seem to have the correct contact details for the transfer company that they seem to use all the time. It was very disconcerting because I had an early morning flight and couldn't get hold of anyone to see if my transfer had been confirmed. In the end, I had to take a cab. I didn't find the hotel particularly helpful in organising that.
Review 55：The staff were really friendly, made me feel very at home and welcome. The accommodation, although basic was sufficient and comfortable. The location (being reasonably close to the golf course/ washington rd) was also really great. I did really enjoy my stay there!

Review 64：The best thing to tell people is to run and run fast away from thishotel. Yes, it is dated - that people can tolerate - but filth issomething else. We only stayed the one night out of the two we paid foras there were bugs in the bed, the furniture had dried spills fromprevious guests and was sticky. Even though the establishment was slatedas non smoking the room wreaked not only of cigarettes but the Spray theemployees had used to mask it. If we had not driven so far and arrivedlate we would have left the first night. Oh and the other Non-Amenity -there is one hair dryer for the entire hotel, no coffee and most of theelectrical in the room did not function - there was one light in theroom and the one in the bathroom - non of the others worked. PersonallyI feel this hotel needs to be reported to the health department thenleveled. We have stayed in "OK" places at times in our lives -but this hotel doesn't even deserve a rating.
Review 65：There was a bad odor in the room all the time. Ventilation in the room was not adequate so it smelled bad and made it hard to sleep. The hotel is very old and that was obvious. A very basic hotel.
