Review 1：Nothing to do with the hotel which is excellent, only the beach is not fhe best however they do everything to make your stay memorable.

Review 2：Great room with all facilities and comfort of 5 stars hotel: excellent service, nice to have room done twice per day! We had late flight and they offered late check out for which we could stay all day in fhe beach and having a shower before going to the airport! Highly appreciated! We also loved the restaurant where we had few dinners, all we had was delicious!

Review 3：We loved the resort. We were looking for a quite, restful, Thailand experience. We wanted a resort that had a traditional Thai feel. We were steps from the beach, nice pool, and good food. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff was gracious and attentive. We walked (5 min)to Fisherman Village often for great meals.

Review 5：The property is a very cozy size and well suited for young kids. The baby pool was sizeable and the beach is a few steps away. The property is close to fishermen's village and we walked there many times, it took 10 mins with the stroller. Overall it suited our needs as we were looking for a villa, beach closely, baby pool and a walking street.

It was our celebration for our anniversary and our room was dressed up specially for us with a delicious complimentary cake, flowers and a rose-petal bath. Thank you so much.

Review 14：This resort is beautiful with everything you could need. The food, particularly lunch and dinner is very good in both restaurants. It's also only a 7 minute walk to fishermans village which is a great place to go of an evening.

Review 19：The resort faces north, so its not an ideal part of the island for sunset. Despite including in comments on booking that we were traveling on our honeymoon, the resort didn't do anything special to acknowledge it. Minor complaints from an overall great stay.

Review 20：Bo Phut was the first stop on our honeymoon in Thailand. We were in a villa near the pool. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast at the resort was wonderful. We did the honeymoon package at the spa and that was also great, but definitely a splurge. The grounds of this resort are gorgeous and very well kept, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is a real oasis: all the facilities are perfect, the food is delicious, the activities provided by the hotel are truly entertaining (and there is a wide range of them both for adults and children). But the most amazing thing here - is the People, working here, who create the homely atmosphere and make your stay unforgettable. You see it in all the little things, from smiles and greetings in the morning to helping you with any enquiries you have. There are no limits in what they (people working in the hotel) can do to make you happy! Special thanks to the management of the hotel for everyday attention and a personal touch in, literally, everything. This is the only place we have seen (and we have some experience here), where everything is continuously improving, based on the everyday feedback you give, event the most subtle one. The restaurant "Sala Thai" is the most authentic place with the best Thai cuisine, where every dish is a piece of art. Special thanks to the Chef and the management of "Sala Thai". The instructors are very nice, making every activity real fun. Whatever is happening, be it room maintenance, dinner serving, reception greetings - you always feel that you are cared of, like a part of the family! This is definitely a place where you will return again. Thank you very much for making our stay so special.

Review 36：The staff were very attentive. The rooms were beautiful. We had a problem with our booking (we needed interconnecting rooms) but it was missed. The staff went above and beyond to rectify the problem. We were eventually upgraded to a room with a plunge pool, a complimentary bottle of wine, and an amazing fruit basket. They were so apologetic. A lovely relaxing stay. Walking distance to the wonderful Fishermans Village.

Review 37：The hotel staff were very attentative, warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The hotel facilities were excellent, always spotlessly clean and tidy with every attention to detail thought of to make the surroundings beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic with so much choice and the quality of the food was fantastic. Pool attendants were always on hand and polite but not intrusive. Lots of activities were on each day, but if you did not want to get involved they did not disturb you.

Review 77：The only small negative is that none of the rooms are over looking the ocean, however the breakfast area and whole pool and sun bathing area is.

Review 78：The hotel is a fantastic 4 star hotel with lovely gardens and and accommodation. The rooms are a really good size and and the pool villas are large. the location is excellent too, being on the beach front and 5 mins walk to fisherman's village. But what makes Bo Phut resort so great is the staff, the service we received from them was 5 star, nothing was to much trouble and everything was done with a friendly smile. I've stayed in Hotels all over the world some poor and some very good and I would struggle to think of any with service as good as Bo Phut resort and spa.

Review 79：The beach isn't the best, gritty sand and squelchy seaweed or algae in the shallows which can feel a bit off putting. Restaurant is quite dated, lots of flies at breakfast. Didn't love the semi open plan bathroom. Although there are blinds you can draw to screen the bath, the toilet doors are saloon door types and so don't expect complete privacy!

Though this was the most expensive place we stayed during our trip to Thailand (we needed a few pamper days), it was worth the extra cost. The staff and service were exceptional. The pool and beach area were great, they will set up towels for you wherever you want, and happy hour drink specials were good. The breakfast is excellent with a huge selection. You have a lovely view from the restaurant/pool area. There is a reason why Bophut Resort and Spa is among the highest rated in the area. If you are looking for relaxation and comfort, and exceptional service, you have found your place.

We did splurge on the premier pool villa andit was amazing. .Beautiful and clean, spacious and comfortable, the poolwas sparkling everyday and the villa was completely private..no view ofthe ocean but you dont need it in such a beautiful space..what made ourstay was the service.it was 5 star.Every single member of staff couldnot do enough for you and were always happy, our pool was cleanedeveryday and our garden paths swept, the hotel grounds are beautiful andits on the beachfront, breakfast is great with something for everyone,turndown service every night just made our stay too. I would highlyrecommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in samui..its about a 10 minutewalk to the fishermans village and a nice stretch of beach in front ofthe hotel. We will definitely be returning. If you had small childrenthat couldnt swim you would have to keep close watch or lock some doorsas the main doors from the living space and one from the bathroom leadstraight into the pool.

Review 107：Personnel was excellent, they actually almost read your mind and were able to fulfill your requirement even before you said it. Pool area very nice, also they have their own nice part of the beach. We stayed in a poolside bungalow which was excellent. We warmly recommend this hotel!

Review 110：Didn't like the way that guests would go down very early to"grab" the sun loungers by putting their towels down &then perhaps didn't use them for hours. This used to happen inpackage holidays in Spain years ago but I didn't think it wouldhappen in a luxury hotel like the Bo Phut. On our last morning therewere no loungers left. The pool staff were incredibly helpful & dideventually get us a couple of loungers. I don't think it's thehotel's fault, but the system does need looking at.
