Review 1：Nice room, clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. Property has not been kept up well, and located in somewhat rough location. But, outstanding view of city, very reasonable prices. We found the staff very accommodating toward additional family reserving rooms. Located adjacent to good food and drinks. Would stay there again.

Review 4：The floor was NASTY. I think my socks need to be tossed in the trash, even bleach will not work on these. Also I had someone knock on my door around 1am and someone come banging on my door around 10am while I was in the shower. Very upset about this. I never did answer either nor acknowledge I was even in my room. I did tell the front desk when I checked out. I will not stay here again. I only did because they had free WiFi and the hotel I wanted was booked.
Review 5：They had free WiFi which I needed (One reason I picked this hotel). I liked the outside porch on the 2nd floor and the room was a good size.
Review 6：Everything. The room was totally dirty, there was garbage in the balcony! Only the bed were barely accetable..Unbelievable...Never had such a bad experience travelling on the road in USA. Forget about it!

Review 14：The front desk person was nice when I checked in. Got to the room and when I closed the restroom door, a firecracker/snap on the floor exploded, scaring me. I called and another guest who was staying there, but helps out sometimes, came to the room to remove the snaps. He also discovered trash under the chair in the room. We were moved to the room next door, which had also not been cleaned. When I tried to use the room phone to call the office, I found that the phone did not work. Using my cell phone, I called and explained that the phone did not work and that there were five empty beer cans on the balcony. I was told that the maintenance people would be in the next day and would replace/repair the phone at 9 AM. I left earlier than 9 and did not return until after dark to find that the beer cans were still on the balcony, the phone still did not work, the floor had not been vacuumed, one bed had been made but the other had not, and the trash can liner had not been replaced in one of the trash cans. The restroom had been "refreshed" and one bed made. That was the extent of the cleaning. The front desk man apologized and suggested another room. I declined, thinking what were the chances we'd get an actual "clean" room. Besides, I'd already slept in the unmade bed - it wasn't dirty, just not made. I was told to ask to speak to Mr. Moli at check out the next morning. Mr. Moli doesn't work on Sundays and does not return phone calls. The front desk woman plainly stated that a partial refund would not be given. I paid for a clean room and received a partially clean one - a partial payment seemed like a reasonable accommodation, but no.

Review 17：The front desk attendant was very friendly. The shower pressure was great. The view of the mountains was amazing. The sunrise hitting the tops was so pretty.
Review 18：Basically it was just not a class act, the one good thing about it was the restaurant locate across the walk called "Ribs" it was the highlight of the trip, the hotel was not memorable.
Review 19：The housekeeping staff were so good, it made the experience not so bad, they could do nothing about the old bathroom towel, missing shower head, but they made the effort by providing us extra towels and being available.
Review 20：I was to prefice this by saying I was not looking for luxury accommodations or modern decor. I was looking for basic, but clean. Sadly this place was far from clean. The room and the lobby reek of stale smoke. Dirt has built up around the baseboards and the outside of the tub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The sheets were tattered and had holes. The towels were rough and dingy. One looked like it had been used to clean dirt up off the floor and hung back up. Even though it was cheap at 40$/night, I felt for how unclean and degraded the place was it wasn't worth that much money. Minus the Indian man I presume to be the owner, all the other staff were rude And unfriendly. The location is also sketchy. I would have loved to switch hotels from the moment I arrived, but as a graduate student on a budget traveling from an other state that was not an option. This motel experience was so horrid it is comical. :( Spend the extra money and book a hotel that is at least clean.

Review 27：I would like to say that I was pleasantly surprised to find this motel to be this nice with what it cost to stay. I do a lot of work in the Chattanooga area that requires me to stay a week at a time. I now have a place to stay when I'm working there. I found a clean room with the amenities such as WiFi, microwave, small fridge and no bedbugs. The room also had a private balcony with a view that wasn't of another building or a parking lot. I will be staying here again.
Review 28：There there was a cockaroache litterally the size of my index finger crawling up the wall. Most disgusting place I have ever been. Additionally, around 1am we heard yelling so we stepped outside to see what was going on, and a large black male was beating a small woman. After that, a couple drive up in a black car and asked if we would like to purchase any pills. Needless to say, we will never be going back to stay at this hotel again.

I had to call the front office for the password for the wi-fi and after about 15 to 20 rings she answered and spit the password out so fast I had to have her repeat it. There was not good customer service from the front desk at all. We will not be staying there again.

There are no bed skirts and themattress sets are filthy - at least cover up the filth with a bed skirt!Food trash under the bed. Will not stay again!

Review 106：It was a bit run down and needs a good remodel. It sat next to a former King's Lodge that really should be torn down and in front of an apartment building that looks like a fire hazard at best (not really the Lodge's problem, but it does feel kind of off-putting at first). The continental breakfast was really just a danish and some coffee.
