Review 1：suggestions: new bath towels as colors are turning yellow an looks old. Breakfast area. Suggest 2 or more hot water thermos flask for making tea. One is not able to serve so many clients neither the guess will have the patient to wait for water to boil. Tea bags to be display openly as currently it is put into a container which the guest cant see. Please repair lift button to the 4th floor.

Review 2：good location good breakfast with a good spread of choices of food. staff are helpful and ever ready with a smile.

Review 3：Too late breakfast setting since it is starting from 07.30 a.m.. I usually get up at 05.00 a.m.or a bit before but have to wait for breakfast for another 2.30 hours. Normally, at other hotel, breakfast is ready from 06.00 a.m..

Review 17：The worst staff experience possible:1. Very few spoke English. Only Chinese. I get it, it's a hotel that only caters to the Chinese population, that's not the issue. I'm just warning other travelers.2. Impolite. Not smiling (it's not a requisite, but you are in the hospitality business).3. Here are some examples where it went really wrong:a. Pingnakorn has 2 branches and once you get to the old one, they will tell you how the new one is way better: pool, extra 5 sqm per room, new etc... What they don't tell you:- it's at the far end of an alleyway - about 500 meters from the main road.- it's next to a construction site- it's next to a big venue where Karaoke is blasted till 10pm at nightb. they say transport is arranged for you.- transportation is basically a shuttle to the old hotel or close proximity - no access to the old city- one night, we asked for a car to pick us up at Maya. We asked to pick us up at 8:30pm. 8:40 we were told 10mins, 8:50pm - again, 10 more mins. Sure, the mall was close by, sure the transportation is free but why tell us to wait in increments of 10mins? Tell us directly 30 mins. Then we decide whether to walk or wait.c. Pool usage, be warned, it may sound extreme but that's what happened- we had a staff that would not stop interrupting us because:1. not allowed to go in the pool before taking a shower outside (he's right - hygiene purpose)2. kids have to go into the small pool. Why? the adult pool is far from shallow - he's not a licensed lifeguard - we as parents are responsible for them.3. not allowed to walk around the pool because he has to do his job and sweep the floor. Wait? so why is there a pool?4. not allowed to use the sofa provided next to the pools. because we are going to make them wet. Who is going to use these sofas if not the pool users?5. when leaving the pool, dry yourself completely as he doesn't feel like moping. Again, it's a pool.

Review 18：The breakfast was really really good. Not continental / western type. Pure Thai and probably the only redeeming quality about this awful hotel.

Review 19：There are rooms where the windows have non-transparent glass, it's not nice, better to ask for upper rooms with normal windows. The room 403 had a problem with water leaking in the bathroom - make sure it's solved if you stay in that room.

Review 20：The staff were very kind and always tried to solve any issue quickly. Breakfast is very good (even if continental options are more limited than Asian). The breakfast room is very pleasant. Rooms are big. If you stay at least 3 nights, transport to the airport is free.

Review 29：Furniture and bedding are not satisfied considering the price. We stayed at different rooms of the same kind and equipments are not consistent. There were blood stains on one of the bedroom doors in the first 2-room suites we stayed. Loads of ants in the living room, incl table. And we have to close the window all the time as there's no window screen in the second suites.

Review 30：Staffs are friendly and helpful especially the guy on the night shift. The location is very central and convenient if you like drinking & clubbing a bit at night, have some late night street food and massage, or shopping at Maya and Think Park.

If that day we don't need to bring up our 3 big luggage we would choose to stay there. So front desk offer us to go to another branch which is not far from this location. So we decide to go there. Oh wow, the another branch is so nice. Lucky we choose to go.

Review 100：The light in our first three night room is too dark. That is a family room with a big bes and a small one. We pointed out that we need a standard double room. but it turns out to be a family room.

Review 101：we are upgrated to a room in their new branch with no extra charge. The hotel is like a garden with swings, steam room, swimming pool, gem room. The breakfast is fabulous with sooooo many choices. U can use the bicycles for free and can enjoy the free pickup service to NINGMAN road.

Review 110：At Pingnakorn hotel was really out of our expectation,first me and my friend we were just trying to find a clean guest house during our stay in Chiang Mai,after checking the feedback of this hotel,we thought it was reasonable,but after we checked in on our first day,we were surprised by its decoration,was really artist and old fashioned,every different room has a different style and decoration,and we just loved it.During our stay,the staff was nice,the location was convenient,and the room was clean,it's totally worth more than the price.

Review 111：We stayed at the Double Grand Deluxe room. The hotel declares at theBooking.com page that the room is 40 m2. In fact the room is 31,5 m2 -we measured the room very carefully because it seemed to ussignificantly smaller that 40 m2.With the help of Booking.com, after several days of exchaning emails with them and after some arguments with the hotel's staff, we managed to lower the room price to the level of smaller room which is also in the hotel offer. Nevertheless we did not come to Chiang Mai to argue with hotel management because they tell lies in the rooms description!!! We are disgusted! Next - do not expect internet! The Wi Fi in the room is hopeless, so weak that sometimes it is not possible to open googe start up page! Kitchenette is very small with a tiny fridge that you can fit there only a few fruit so do not expect cooking there. You can only heat something in the microwave or make a tea. Overall the hotel is worn out and the pipes in the bathroom stink badly!!! You can feel that in the whole room! The breakfast is COLD. Although there is a variety of thai meals but everything is cold including bacon, sussage and fried eggs! We are a great fan of Thai breakfast but the cold grease is difficult to accept! We spent at this hotel 16 days so it is not the impression after one or two nights! We travel a lot and use Booking.com very often and almost every time we are happy with the hotel, but NOT THIS TIME!

Review 115：Reception forgot our morning call - first time they've let us down. Lifts arrive at mezzanine level half-way between floors, so unsuitable for wheelchairs.
