Review 1：Some areas seem a bit overlooked during the renovation and don't seem to have a purpose. Although the swimming pool is great it's not clearly indicated how to get there no signs or label in the lift.

Review 5：i did not like the rosters and chiickens outside my window. The roster was crowing at 4.30 a.m. which woke me up. The wi-fi was terrible for a 4 star hotel. it was constantly going off line. Moquitoes biting me in my room. Noisy people in hall way. No up to date Bangkok post. Very few english programs on T.V. True T.V programming has lots of english programs. T.V. is set up for the local thai people not foreigners.

Review 7：THERE WAS A PARTY AT THE POOL THAT WAS VERY NOISY, FORTUNATELY, IT WAS OVER ABOUT 10:30 PM. The staff told me that they have this kind of party quite often (it was Thursday)

Review 10：The people are very nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean. Wifi worked most of the time. Rooms are a good size and have a mini fridge.

Review 11：We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Breakfast was very satisfying. Enjoyed dinner 2 nites also. The proximity to the Park was an added bonus. Excellent value!!and, free shuttle service from the airport.

Review 12：The place could u a little more renovation. Even though tuk tuk ride is only approx 5-10 min ride to center of town, Location was not near enough to be able to just walk everywhere. Being a foreigner, we were at the mercy of tuk tuks. Taxi not too readily available. If the facility had free shuttles to the shopping plaza at center of town I'd be %100 happy.

Review 13：The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is very good. The view from the outdoor restaurant on the 4th floor deck was beautiful at night. The nearby park and lake was nice to go for a jog or run around.
