Review 1：Only two small towel in bathroom for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bathroom shower was fixed to wall therefore wasn't practical with kids. Bathroom flooring was very cold and there was no slipper. Refrigerator was empty They don't arrange transport for airport pickup.

Review 5：Stuff is not supportive, beds are very small and not comfortable, we asked for king size bed and they provided single beds,hot water comes 5 minutes after opening the water tab, room service does not come to clean the room I had to complain 4 times to send somebody to the room and he came in the evening, room service entered the room while "Do not disturb" tag on the door, AC does not work as heater room was freezing and we all caught influenza we asked for a portable heater but it was not available, extended checkout is not available free of charge.

The stay here will not get you raving about it as a more expensive 5 star hotel might with all its bells and whistles (distractions?),though that is no bad thing as this may well help by getting you to spend more time in the Masjid.

The washroom was not proper and when we went to the reception they were not ready to change it. The AC temperature switch was not working, the phone was not working, the bathroom was not proper

Review 32：You can't change the AC degree, if it's working it'll be so cold, if it's not it'll be so hot. The air and noise coming from the windows are annoying, you can't sleep well. There's some smells coming out of the furniture, and the floor shows that it's not clean.

I decided to change booking 3 hrs before check in and requested for two, double rooms for additional cost instead of a quadruple. At the time of check in, the two rooms were on different floors !! upon request, the receptionist happily upgraded for one quadruple and one double on the same floor (close to each other) that solved my problem. The hotel is almost 5 stars with nice touches such as fruit basket, tea coffee etc. in rooms. Just a walk away from Haram. Breakfast was great with good choices. Checkout was at 2:00pm, good people. SR1400 for two rooms for two nights. Great Wifii.

Review 36：No parking available even though I always used to find a parking here. Now they simply DO NOT have any parking slots so it is a big trouble to offload your luggage or get it loaded again when checking out.

Muslim shower was leaking. Drain covers were missing. The hotel lobby and overall hotel is very tight and congested. Had to recharge room key each day despite paying in full for 2 days. Can easily get much better value for money in the same price in Madinah.

Review 60：No way 4 Star! This is may be 2.5 start if that! NO WIFI - There is no thing such as free wifi! Rooms were very tights for 4 of us ( 2 adults+ 2 kids) so I had to ask them to change room. Room are very tired, and dirty and needs modernising. Beds had lot of dust and germs and we kept on itching whole of the stay. Beds has some sort of infections i it and are v old. Carpets were very dirty and old. Room used to get too cold and there was no switch to switch off ac. You can only do it with opening the switch box and resetting the temp all over. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and staff was not committed to through clean the room/bathroom even after you call them and tell them. Rates were very high.

Review 67：Don't keep your hopes up too high about customer service. I checked out and asked for my luggage to be brought down while i return from prayers, you know the rest, they did nothing, i had to wait again for my luggage, knowing i had very little time to get to the airport. when i complained to the manager on duty, he did not lift a finger or even muttered a single word, he just looked back at his computer terminal and carried on with his work. I should say in all honesty though that other staff members were pleasant.

I ended up hiring a cab and paying extra fare for no valid reason. - This hotel is not more than 3 stars by facilities and lifts are always crowded in peak hours. - little over priced as I have stayed in better hotels than this.

Review 118：Noise coming from AC, we complained but not one came to fix. we had 2 sleepless nights. We requested for room change but they said we will inform you at 4.00 Pm and that too they forgot. When we arrived there was only one guy at reception dealing with every thing from phone calls to customers queries and check in and check out. he processed us in hurry and forgot to tell us small things like breakfast timing , internet passwords etc etc. We wouldnt mind above things much as our main business was visiting prophet mosque but spending 1000SAR /night was not the value for money at all for this hotel during peak season.

The break fast was completely not good we reach the dining hall at about 9:10 and we didn't find even the bread, broken pieces are from the fridge. please have a look the supervisor guiding to helpers in wrong way as not to stay at the serving area. so all the bearers are away from the serving area. Really you have to look at it. The other thing is that the check out time immediately after Zohar we have to leave the room which it is next to impossible, please have a look in this matter.
