Review 1：windows, which you must keep locked. problem you also look all the smelly roomspray and dust into the room
Review 2：when mentioning these problems, I got a 50% refund( w/o) asking for it. but you do not go to a hotel to,pay less...
Review 3：A bit noisy and roudy with people attending external conferences and coming back drunk and no consideration for other guests at the hotel. Very noisy and inconsiderate. Firewood was wet so smoked our room out but that can be fixed. Don't know about drunk conference going delegates though.

Review 39：Give the spa and restaurant a miss! Had a light lunch on first day ofarrival and spent the night ill in bed as a result. The service from thekitchen is excrutiatingly slow. The spa is not nearly up to standard.The room we received had no windows, no climate control system and nofan. It was a very hot day and it was swelteringly hot inside the room.The therapy beds are made for lightweighted clients and were thinlypadded hence uncomfortable. The beds were covered with blankets. Veryhot and unhygienic. The towel under the blanket had a huge dirt stainright where I had to put my face down. Definitely worth a skip. Therewas a heavy rainstorm overnight and in the morning around 8 we went downfor breakfast. I find it noteworthy that no attempt was made to mop upthe puddles of water we had to wade through on a tiled staircase andpatio. It was an accident waiting to happen. Not what one would expectfrom a 4 star rated establishment. The bed in our room had a sheet thatwas not a fitted one and it kept pulling up and off the bed. Some ofthese comments, esp the sheet and restaurant issues we found werepreviously posted by other guests but despite apparent new management itseems its same old same old.

Review 47：although the rooms are renovated and very romantic they are dark. the main light in the room should be brighter because you can't open the curtains when you need to dress. we staid in a double classic room and privacy is a problem when you need to open curtains to see what you are doing. we also had a few times during breakfast and dinner that the waiters are more busy with cleaning tables than looking at the customers if they need something. on one occasion me and my husband had to wave our arms op in the air to get the attention of the waiter although she was standing right there at the till not far from our table. we staid in room nr 19 please change the soap and shampoo holder in the shower, it is broken and anything you put on falls true. we also found that the hotel need a facelift on the outside.( cracked walls......) it gives a negative first impression.
