Review 1：Had we been long term residents it would have been perfect. Since we were only there 1 night for the Ironman competition, we missed a few of the benefits of a standard lodging facility such as we needed to go buy coffee and filters and continential breakfast. But it was still a very nice place to stay. Personnel were very friendly and cooperative and the facilities were very well taken care of.

Review 4：I appreciated the security of the facility. The on site management was awesome. The room was excellent, it was really comfortable.
Review 5：If you plan to stock up on food and cook your own meals, the kitchen utensils are sadly lacking. No garbage disposal, and no dishwasher.
Review 6：Location was very good. Easy to get to and from the Augusta National golf course. Many restaurants and shopping very close by. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was nice. Nice courtyard with gas bar-b-que grills you can use.
Review 7：This is not a luxury hotel, but the staff are very nice, cheerful and helpful. We stayed here for our trip to the Masters this year, and it was an excellent choice for that. Just a few minutes' drive or cab to town and Augusta National. It's expensive the week of the Masters, but that is just a supply and demand thing. Overall, we were pleased.
Review 8：Bed was as hard as a rock! They use the cheap plastic pillows and blankets were scratchy like horse blankets. The ironing board is barley big enough to iron my kids clothes. Next time I'll spend the extra $20 and stay at a Hilton Garden or Hampton Inn..

Review 11：I loved the fully equipped kitchen!! The appliances looked brand new. The bathroom was really clean. The floor tiles are even nice. I needed to check in after 7pm after the office closed. The manager lives on site and gave me a call before I arrived to be sure everything was taken care of. She was so nice and helpful.

Review 13：Each visit to Augusta, this is my place of stay! The staff is amazing! Very close to my son's school (GRU). Extremely pleased with the hotel.
Review 14：I didn't care for the 2nd floor with no elevators. We had a lot of luggage and was parked a good lil bit from the room. We had to make a lot of trips. Next time I will request the 1st floor. I didn't like the fact that room service is only once a week.

There were 2 forks, 2 teaspoons, 2 butterknifes, a small pot with lid and frying pan for 2 people. People are notinformed this is a non-smoking hotel. Reading there is a smoking areadoes not mean all suites are non-smoking.
