Review 1：Ridiculous non breakfast - toast, donuts, english muffins- not evencereal; paper thin walls; grumpy manager who had trouble adding up thecash only bill.

Review 3：Bedroom so outdated with wooden walls to all bedroom & bathroom walls. Bed sheets not ironed, Flowered sheet & pillow cases so old. Open bathroom window onto main hallway - didn't like leaving my personal Possessions in room as anyone could have got through window.

Review 5：The carpet in room was extremely odorous ! So much so that I used an inhaler....and the fans were old and dusty... And insufficient for the room. The refrigerator operated poorly !

Review 11：The amenities are seriously lacking, but I booked this room expecting this to be the case. The motel does not provide guests with normal bath items (shampoo, etc.) or a hair dryer, and the bath towels are practically the size of hand towels. My bed sheets also had sand in them. The decor in the yard and main part of the house is also quite cluttered - in this regard, you almost feel like you are staying at someone's house. The wifi also did not work. This motel is very rustic, so as long as you are aware of that fact, you will not be dissatisfied.
Review 12：The location of the motel is phenomenal. You will not be able to find lodging at a similar price with such beautiful views and close proximity to downtown Chatham and Lighthouse Beach. If you don't mind staying in a very rustic, out-dated room and don't plan to spend much time in your room, this motel offers you an incredible value for the location. The views from our room were breath-taking, and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to open our window to a beautiful ocean breeze and fresh salty air. The views and location would bring me back to this motel.
