Review 1：The hotel is in serious need for renovation and refurbishment. I was in room 109 at it has so much extra space that a good architect would make good use of. With a bit of attention by the owners this hotel could be easily turned into a 5+ star hotel

Review 31：Just a gaze at the Untouched nature unwinds you...You have to be there to experience it.. words are just not enough..food in the hotel was yumm..try it..it is cheap neat and tasty..beautiful people too..even though they are not so good at english they would try their best to make you comfortable.Cafes and restaurants close by.Mahmoud ,the hotel manager is well versed in English so no worries he will be there always to help you out with suggestions.We are definitely going back..:)

Review 32：Nothing about hotel could be said, the only thing is that you have to walk 500m or less to reach all the restuarents next to beach and the way to them not lighting brightly.

Review 33：Hotel location is direct open to sapanca lake, it is a hotel with private beach, and have resturants in the garden and right on the lake. Breakfast is excellent and delicious and it contains lots of varities of chees, bread, honey, jams, and sweets, coffee, capputiono and mocha machine. Staff are excellent too and manager of the hotel is very very helpful and speaking Arabic, English and Turkey and he offer his help even for problems outside his hotel. Very kindfull. I like the landscape from garden and beach restuarents. Restuarents outside the hotel can be reach by walking, nearest maybe around 500 meter from hotel. Everything else is nice.

Review 35：Location: The the hotel is small & quite , so it's good for relaxing with beatiful view to the lake & garden. It's nice to sit & have your breakfast in the hotel's garden. It's near by the centre, there are alot of cafe, resturants & shops, taxi station, bus station. Staff; Reciption & resturant staff t are friendly & helpful, espical thanks to reciption staff (abu Ramzi) for his help & sevices. Breakfast: variety & nice menue.

However hakim was there to always help you with airport transfer, recommend good restaurants and always help you out. Special thanks to him. Review 73：I stayed in the presidential suite which is the top room in this hotel. It was nothing close to its name and it doesn't worth it's price. The phone in the room doesn't work, I had ants in the room, and even a spider on the bathroom towel. The sauna in the room wasn't working but that's something I agreed on upon the check in.

Review 82：The room was old including everything in it. The painting was pale and dirty. The furniture showed that it was used for years. I didn't know that there are still hotels that has rooms and furniture like this. The bathroom floor had strange dark spots and many areas in the bathroom had rust and fungus. The water pressure and temperature were fluctuating during showers. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. This is so far the worst hotel room that I've stayed in in my life. The common areas in the hotel looked new and renovated but the room was a total disaster and we rearranged our plans to leave the room as soon as we wake up and used the room only for sleeping.
