Review 1：It was a great hotel, staff could not do enough for us. It was superbly located next to shops, food outlets, cinema DHL and the Hospital....all of which we needed. We could not have been more conveniently located.

Review 2：The gym closing hour was way too early as well as the pool. The amenities of the hotel should have provided more since there is no brush, toothpaste, bathrobe, water boiler, tea/coffee, slipper, ironing, etc. Unfortunately one of the room I booked the safe in wardrobe was gone but I wasn't going to use it. The air conditioning was making noise frequently at night. Breakfast wasn't so varied. The juices mentioned as freshly juice but as staff told it was from the bottle. Overall I wasn't satisfied with what I paid for. The lower price hotel would have satisfied more for the expectation and the price.

Maybe its the name, we've stayed at the Centara in Bkk and this isn't that. But its excellent value for money. Its not new however its far from over the hill, and the breakfast was something we looked forward too. Great food and huge selection. To put it in perspective, the Centara im sure is the biggest building in Udon, so its not a Bangkok or Hua hin. But this hotel will meet all your needs. Nothing wrong with the place.

Review 93：Our recent stay was a nightmare when we checked in on the 4th Septemberinto the Executive Suite. The ceiling in the bedroom was leaking sobadly that it was making a loud thud sound every five or six secondswhen rain water drops on the carpet. We had to put a bath towel on theaffected part of the carpet to cut the noise whereby we would then beable to get some sleep! The next morning,the towel was soiled in browncolour,when after some observation on the ceiling did we realise thatthere were many old water stain marks surrounding the current leakingarea which means the leak must have been there for quite a whilealready. Also in the bathroom above the water cistern was another areathat also leaked very badly. The other point was the airconditioner wasnot functioning properly in that the temperature was not working at all.It was so cold, probably,around 19 or 20 celcius all the time despiteafter turning the temperature control to even 28 and finally to themaximum 30 celcius also did not work and we had to finally switch offthe airconditioner! Finally the cold and hot water mix in the showeralso do not work. Despite after trying to get into a suitableequilibrium of both cold and hot water mix, it was most distressingduring the the shower when you have spurts of extremely hot waterfollowed by intervals of cold water. For a Hotel to claim a 4starrating, this things should have been ratified when the problem occuredand not left to unsuspecting guests to find out for themselves! I hopethe management or the owners of the Centara group in Bangkok realisesthe management of their property in Udon Thani is sleeping on theirjobs. I have been a regular guest of their property in Centara SofitelLadprao, Bangkok for the last 15 years and many a times having stayed inCentara Grand, Bangkok.

Review 94：This is our fifth stay at this hotel due to its central location andbeing nearby to Udon Thani Airport. We use this hotel during ourstopovers to Nongkhai or visiting North Eastern Thailand.
