Review 1：Amenities fit 2 star designation: hard beds, little storage, no safe in the room. Breakfast is trivial, just enough to slap a couple of sandwiches. Skip brown stuff and orange stuff served and go for real coffee or orange juice in any cafe nearby.

Review 2：The hotel is a well situated, clean property. Staff is friendly. Overall good for a 2 star hotel.

'A Ilha' is a very good 'no-frills' hotel which provides good accommdation at a very reasonable price. This was my second visit and I will certainly return again next year.

Review 5：Hotel Ilia is a good option if you want to stay in the centre, close to all the main spots of Angra. It offers comfortable, clean rooms for a good price. Maybe the place is a little bit old fashioned but it´s perfect for a short stay and has good value for money.

Review 6：We arrived late at night and they don't have a permanent door service. We had to go to another hotel nearby to get the key. It didn't bother me much but it might be a nuisance for other people.

Review 7：The staff was very kind and helpful. We had a small problem that the staff helped beyond their duties and expectations. Also the location is excellent and generally a very good place to stay.

Review 30：It is located in one of the main comercial streets in Angra town centre. Same business as RentAngra, thus it is easy in case you want to rent a car. Very good value for money. Wi-Fi working properly, difficult to find in Azorean hotels.

Review 34：The rich sound of rubber tires against rock, with echo between the stone walled houses. Even footsteps made echo at 4 o'clock mornings. Mattress was a little too hard for my back.

Review 35：Excellent location, a little bit closer to the shops than to beach. Angra's culture centre 10 min walk away. Room was large enough for sofa and two chairs in addition to beds. Even something that can be called a balcony. Very fine bathroom. Good breakfast.
