The Jungle Club is located on the hill and in the jungle with a very nice view of Chaweng Beach. A relaxing massage can be enjoyed.
The resort is a 30-minute ride from Samui Airport. It is a 12-minute drive to Chaweng City Centre.
The resort provides an outdoor pool, DVD library and garden. A trip to various attractions can be planned at the tour desk. Staff can offer assistance with shuttle service arrangements.
Each spacious room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, fan DVD player, fridge and private balcony. Shower facilities and free toiletries are included in an en suite bathroom.

Review 1：The way you record your tab is stupid. You have to just say your house number. Needless to say seventh over our tab with a fine tooth comb and low and behold there was 2 white wines and a tequila that we'd not had. Idiotic system
Review 2：The location was fantastic. Beautiful. The room was nice, food was nice.
Review 3：The hotel should really work on making the acces easier and on their costs or cheaper, since most taxis wont go up or will charge raging fees. Calling for a pick up is hard without local number and it usually takes quite a while before they arrive. They could doca better job at grouping hotel guests and clients together for a joint ride.
Review 4：The spot is amazing. The vibe is just perfect. Total relaxation, superb view, amazing cocktails, tasteful rooms. Not too crowded, but just about crowded enough not to feel alone.

Review 7：Very bad value for money. You can have much better than this for this price (we went on a 4 stars for the same price - different comfort and service!). It's a great hotel but it's well overpriced. There is no air-con but an old plastic fan that looks really cheap, no shower gel, it's not clean (for this price, I don't want to see cobwebs on the shower), taxis can't go up to the hotel and the hotel make us pay the lift, so we have to pay taxi + lift, the pool was unusable during our stay, the bed linens are ok, but not that great for that price. To resume, it would be a good place to stay for 50$ a night. Not more than that. Even though Ko Samui is expensive, there's much more comfortable for the same price.

Review 11：Managers reply on e-mails only in 2 days, or don't reply at all. Swimming pool looks like hippo pond - green non-transparent water. To go up you need 4wd - taxi don't go. Only 2 free transfers to the beach per day - 10-30 and 18-00. In other times you pay 100 thb per person. Airport pick-up - 400, I think too expensive. But rooms are clean and comfortable, and the view is the best - so it's nice to come for 1-2 days, not more

Review 13：We arrived on a flight arriving at 11pm into Koh Samui and we're picked up by their taxi service. Arriving at the bottom of the hill we had to switch in to a pickup truck however this is where the problems began. The driver came down with another member of staff from the hotel that was very drunk. We were then just kicked out of the truck and expected to find our own way to the check in desk. Upon finding it we were greeted by another drunk member of staff. He was supposed to be in charge of check ins but was so drunk he couldn't even find our reservation in the book. After 15 minutes and having already proved my booking email he actually managed to find the booking. Then the drunk member of staff from the truck decided to pick up one of our rucksacks and where it on his front whilst smoking a cigarette getting ash all over it, obviously we then decided it best to carry our own bags. When we were taken to our room the drunk check in man couldn't even turn our fan on so decided he would go go and get another key to change our room, however after I turned the fan in with the power button it worked! When the member of staff came back and we showed him it worked he then walked off with our room key and we then had to go walk around in the dark again to find him. The next morning the staff working didn't seem that surprised and it seems to be a fairly regular occurrence. As we didn't feel safe having so many drunk staff and the reliance on them to give you lifts up up and down the hill we decided to leave. They did fully refund us in cash for our planned 3 night stay but we were just so disappointed that we had to put up with it all on our .

Review 26：Way up a dirt track, this is a little tougher to get to than other places but is also way above the kitsch bustle of Chaweng and is a real oasis of calm with a spectacular view - both from the decking at the bar/restaurant and from the infinity pool. The staff are just great.

Some furniture need replacing and the cushions needed clean covers.The place need more staff as the service is always rushed. The welcome at the reception was very poor as he didn't make an effort to be please to welcome us and it is expensive.

Review 30：This place is magical. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are simple but beautiful and clean. The food at restaurant is delicious. And the view...the best view in Koh Samui. I would come back to the jungle club any time!
Review 31：the jungle club is difficult to reach, actually only through the club-owned cars which you have to reserve in advance. public taxis and cars cannot go uphill as the way is too stiff. a shuttle is owned to bring guests to the beach and back but it us not reliabke as they come and go as they want. we made twice a bad experience as we were sitting in the dark and waiting for the shuttle to pick us up. it did not show up and we were stuck as taxis do not go up. after 2 hours and several (expensive) calls (from our Austrian phones) the management sent a shuttle. when we complained, the owner's reply was "Well, this is Thailand. We are not in Europe." also the airport shuttle was a bad experience. the first car picked us up from the airport and dropped us out in the middle of nowhere. we were askdd to wait fir the next car which came 20 minutes later. and collected school kids and other people from the street to bring them up. thw location is nice as it offers stunning views. at the same time you are absolutely inflexible and depend on the club's two cars to bring you away and collect you from the beach or the town. should be considered.
