Review 2：The staff at front desk was friendly. The room I had was nice like 3 & 4 stars hotel & prices was low. When I go back in August i will stay here again.

Review 3：there was no flat screen TV in the room... The shower head sprayed out over the shower curtain...the bed was not comfortable at all neither were the pillows... The room had a very musky odor (unclean)

Review 5：It appeared to me that the State of GA uses this motel to house the less fortunate in our society. No issues, but I always had somebody watching me in the parking lot. I just made sure I locked the vehicle.

Review 21：HBO included. Haven't seen that in a long time. I appreciated it. I've stayed at other more pricey hotels that say it's included but actually was not. Travis always gave me service with a smile. He is kind and thoughtful. Keep him employed.

Review 29：Funally a place say smoke free room and was really smoke free :-) Very clean, only see the front desk person very nice, even accommodate me in a first floor room because I have a long drive and was super tire and my room was on the second floor. Look like they are remodeling so if you hear noise, please just complain, by the time they are done us go to be nicer. Right mow is update but still very well keep.

Review 32：it could use some better cleaning there was a bag with ashes left in the dresser and the floor was a little dirty. however it was not so bad that i could not handle it. what really got me was when the roaches came out. there were roaches in the bathroom and the room. i know i alone killed a good number of them and they were still crawling around. i had to take my bad outside and shake everything out a few times before leaving for the fear of taking any home with me.

Now, of course, during of season, I might stay at the higher priced hotels in the area. But, no bed bugs, so was very pleased. :) Seemed safe... had security guard patrolling lot at night.

Review 95：There was a strong order in the room when we checked in, the door to the room was completely opened. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We were given 2 pillows when we checked in and the next day given am extra pillow with an additional pillowcase on the table. The TV had about 2 inches of lines at the top, probably due to age.

Review 96：Office had a glass wall at checkin desk. Said something about the neighborhood. Not a very friendly welcome. We paid $140 for the night and they didn't even have hand towels. TV was small and had a very poor picture. Everything said update me please.

Review 99：It's just an old motel that had great staff but is just moldy and old smelling. You can only put so much spray on the carpet to make "old" smell better. Should be a "by the hour" type motel regardless of how nice they. Shower head was awesome! Niagara Falls doesn't come down that hard! Water was incredibly hot...wonderful!

I was supposed to stay here for 3 nights, but I only stayed for 1 night because my work schedule was changed, they refunded me for 2 nights. The second things is that the staff and the manager are very nice.

Review 111：The hotel was old, with a lot of water leaks showing that had been painted over. We had arranged for a rollaway bed for our son. The rollaway was dirty and very subpar. It was so uncomfortable that my son put the mattress on the floor the second night, and he said that the floor was better than the bed. We went there for The Masters golf tournament and I expected prices to be higher but this hotel was definitely over priced. It should be torn down and replaced with a newer facility.

Review 113：Epitome of a flea-bag motel. Black mold inside door, heard gnawing sound inside A/C unit, painted-over wall paper had wrinkles, had to ask for additional towels, no stopper in sink to conserve hot water, and a very unpleasant experience.

Review 114：My room was in need of repair. The bathroom was small, shower wasinefficient by leaking most hot water into the drain. Sink plumbingfixture was rusty and old. Tv was an old crt and not flat screen. I didarrive after dark and I knew the hotel was fully booked, so in fairnessthe hotel had no chance to repair the plumbing nor to find a betterroom for me.

Review 115：I stayed there because I attended the Masters Tournament. While the costin absolute terms was high, the tournament pushed prices up across thearea. Location was ok, price when comparing was good value. LocalSecurity was evident. Hotel was reasonably quiet.

Review 121：The light over the sink didn't always work. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it had ashtrays and smelled like smoke. The flusher on the toilet stuck and we had to keep getting up and resetting it. Room was dark with poor lighting. Cleanliness was questionable.

Formica counter top was chipped and coming loose. Dresser was falling apart and dirty inside. The comforter was tattered and stained. I couldn't use it.
