Review 1：Being an older hotel, the walls are a little thin & you could hear snoring in the next room.

Review 9：housekeeping staff were very aggressive....looking in the windows to see if we were leaving our room so they could clean....at 9:30am? Especially the last day we were there....very rude we thought to be looking in the windows and constantly walking by. Checkout at 10am was too early as well, especially since there seemed to be no one really there the day after labor day. Staff were looking in the window at 9am!!

Review 11：The bathroom had many holes in it that needed to be addressed , the AC installed is extremely old and so loud , interrupted our sleep every single day , and without it the room stinks and so humid! The pool is never attended and never cleaned , we had to clean the pool ourselves when we use it, also it contained many ants and bugs! Picnic area is so awkwardly located ! Not convenient for families! Never coming back to it and would never recommend it !

Review 16：Easy to get to - right off of Main Street. Convenient to all shops and restaurants in Chatham. Clean - yet a bit of a "throw back in time!" You get a real key to your outside door, king room had lots of space and decent size refrigerator. Parking space right outside your room.
Review 17：there was no microwave, neighbors were very noisy, could hear through walls, opened bathroom window and a bunch of ants came in, no table and chairs to sit at for eating, air conditioner very loud but that turned into a blessing because it drowned out the sound of neighbors.

Review 20：There was only one towel rack in our room. The small refrigerator at times made some odd sounds. We opened and closed the door on it several times and the noise stopped.
Review 21：We were on our honeymoon and stayed in various places on the Cape. This was easy to get to, room was large and comfortable (we had a King bed ). We had parking immediately in front of our room. Room was clean. Although we didn't use them because it was early in the season (beginning of June ), it had two nice outdoor pools.
Review 22：This was a very cute place to stay. We were here for a wedding and couldn't have picked a better spot. All rooms have seperate outside entrance, we had the efficiency room; nice little kitchen-stove oven sink fridge ,appliances supplied. Very clean and fresh room. We would absolutely come back. Worth it.

Review 25：No outside lights. We checked out at 6AM in the dark with lawn sprinklers on. We were soaked trying to load the car, along with no visibility walking down the steps. A night light in the bathroom would be a great improvement, so that when using the facility in the middle of the night you don't disturb your roommate's sleep.

Review 33：Our family of four stayed in the Apartment Unit for the last full week of July, and we loved our experience here. Our pre-teen girls loved having their own comfortable space and access to the pool, and we were able to avoid traffic and walk into town. We loved the staff, the amenities and the excellent value. We liked that it is not overly fancy, and it is private, quiet and safe, in a great location.
Review 34：Prior to booking I inquired about a basketball court in the area. I was told it was walking distance and it was but - no sidewalks and a winding road that cars were flying down. I was not comfortable letting my kids walk along that so no basketball! Also, in general, the cars drove quite fast and recklessly throughout downtown Chatham! A little un-nerving as so many are on bicycles! That was unexpected for a small, touristy town.
Review 35：Super clean, reasonably priced and 5 minute walk to town. Clean, heated pool was great for kids. Loved the no malls, no Dunkin Donuts, non-commercialism. The opposite of Hyannis! And amazing seafood everywhere.

Review 39：Room was very clean, airy, and very comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable and not to hard, not to soft..just right. Loved the 2 pm check in time. Most in town have a 4 pm check in time. Carol and I already made plans to stay there next July 4th.

Review 86：The pool was closed the whole time that we were there (Tue-Sat). The room was sparsely decorated and the tv was small. There was a handful of spice (looked like black pepper corn in the towels). The receptionist shouted at us outside our room at noon to tell us that check out was at 10.30 and that the new occupants already arrived. At 10, I spoke with her to ask for towels and she didn't tell us to vacate the room early. (She gave us the towels with peppercorns). She later came to our car to tell us that she didn't mean to rush us but the damage has been done. We even have a 4 month old baby with us but I guess she didn't care.
