Review 1:Hotel was almost fully booked, and there was no available car parking.

Review 2:Location is good especially for ladies zeyara, the staff are neat and polite. Hotel is clean as well.

Review 5:Check in took time. It took one hour to discover that brea We were not allowed to have breakfast even though our booking was with breakfast. Room was not cleaned dissipate having the sign on the door to clean it. The walls did not have sound proof insulation and windows were NOT double glazed. The room was on main road. You can imagine the noise NO manager available to talk to.

Review 9:Inexperienced, careless staff; the staff need to be professionally trained to deal with customers from different ethnicity and culture. Except the manager Mohammed Madani, everyone should undergo continuous and rigorous training to meet the customer expectation; if the property is not located in the holy city of Madina, it would would been a history; the staff lied to obviously when they charged me twice ( one time by swiping the Credit Card upon checkin; The other time, by My Booking.com account); when I asked for returning the money, the manager finally said ( all others did not even know when will I get my money back, they gave different stories) that I will get my money only upon check out. No logic!!!. The guy swiped my credit card did not even bother to listen to my request for not to swipe as I have booked the property through booking.com and my credit card will be charged online upon checkin. When I complained about my card being charged twice, he said the money will be retuned tomorrow at 11 am. I asked him whether he would come next day, the answer was Yes. As I expected I could not find him next day. I am sure he knew he won't come the following day, but lied. They take customer for granted !!!!!

Review 11:Location and everything thing. Adhan and salah from haram inside the room through connected speakers which helps to wake up sometimes when so much tired or fall asleep suddenly.

Review 12:I reached hotel @ 5:00 PM and I stayed for one hour until they gave me the room. The concierge service was also very slow. I stayed 30 minutes waiting for my luggage and I had to pick them up at my own. The TV was not working, and I called the maintenance who said that they would change the TV but I refused as I was sure that such change would take time and waste my time. The Breakfast was not delicious though there were a lot of varieties. I found an insect inside the room. Also, dirt was under the bed. By any means, it is not a 5 star hotel;and it doesn't worth the money. As a conclusion, I don't recommend it to any one.

Review 14:Room was too small. They didnt give us what we booked. When i spoke to staff he said no problem but i was in problem which he didnt understand. Staff doesnt understand english at all. Curtains were too old. Lamp shades were too dirty. I have asked for iron several times and they took one and a half hour to provide it. You cant watch TV as floor lamp was infront of it. Lifts were smelly. Overall it was a bad experience. It doesnt look 5 star hotel.

Review 17:Did not receive the welcome bowl of fruit like every other room upon check-in. The staff did not answer the phones for reception/concierge often enough.

Review 21:Parking spaces are limited. I had to wait until a space comes available. My room (1423) on top floor wasn't comfort. The sink on bathroom wasn't covered. insects and ants were playing around there. As a resulte, i would rate it as a 3 stars hotel but not a 5 as written.

Review 27:Hotel could be more organise like other 5* hotels. Key need activation from the reception frequently. Room in a descent size but could be more clean especially the carpet.

Review 45:I could obly book a room with 3 single beds even though I was alone. The toilet would not flush my tissues which I had to throw in the bin instead. This was disgusting.

Review 49:Firstly that staff, they were early rude and impolite they will try to tell you off just because they are busy, there was no duty manager or even any managerial personnel for that matters, you will often see them swearing at each other in front of the gusts. Secondly, there was no parking space on the premises for gusts, you would have to go through Steeplechase and some other athletics obstacle in order for you to reach a 1 mile away free parking space, and you have to avoid being hit by a car while doing that. Bear in mind Booking.com stated that I would be allowed an access for a parking spot. Finally, there is a fried chicken restaurant just next to the main entrance, so you will be greased by the smell of over burned oil coming in n out.

Review 55:The management should train their staff to respect the privacy ofguests in rooms.If hotel can not provide parking on busy days, why they offer parking facility in BOOKING.COM. If there is no parking in this hotel, then there are a number of other good options in the same price range.

Review 68:When we checked in, room wasn't cleaned properly and the AC wasn't working. Instead of changing our room, as hotel was almost empty of guests when we arrived, they kept sending technician 2-3 times until the AC was fixed and we had to sit in the hot room for 3-4 hours. Also on the last day, they asked us to checkout soon, that too within 10 minutes even though it was only 1 pm and we were staying there since 8 days and it was our 4th stay at the hotel. There is no consideration for loyal customers.

Review 79:it is hard to reach the hotel plus the parking is not enough I had to use outside far parking and to cross main road. cleanness was poor though there is staff working. breakfast was poor selection and does not worth the money SR40 per person. my wife had acute stomach pain because of the food which make my trip unpleasant. moreover, the last two days of my stay, 1200 person from Turkey occupied the hotel and it was hard to get the elevator on time.

Review 80:spent a long time to get the room and acquired after 5:00 pm (ridiculous). no idea what was the reason but it sucks.

Review 86:The shower drain was not doing its job and the shower was flooding every time we took a shower. We complained and they send some one to fix it but was not fixed well. The parking space that they promised was not available and we ended up parking the car off the street two blocks away.

Review 106:Management of the hotel is very ill prepared and in turn led to lots of chaos. We wanted to have early check-in at about 11 A.M but we were made to wait till 4 30 P.M until they could allocate us some room. I feel they dont have an automated model which can quickly set the rooms for incoming guest. They relied in manual paper mode to allocate rooms to guests. The one who shouts more was given room first. Pathetic experience as far as room allocation was concerned on Friday 7th August.

Review 107:I visited Al-Eiman Hotel on Friday 8th Aug, 2015 (just a basic weekend not season) 1-) Check-in took almost 1 hour. They kept me waiting in the reception for more than 50 mins. 2-) And after all they gave me (me as a solo traveler) 4 bed room however i booked a double-size bed... 3-) I asked iron and board in the morning, they said me to wait ~1 hour to get... 4-) Check-out took another 15 mins. in the reception. 5-) Ohh elevators... if you're lucky enough, it'll take 5 mins to catch an elevator upstairs or downstairs... I dont understand how they'd be handling during the Hadjj season. Service quality is very low-level indeed. So overall my evaluation is Al-Eiman is NOT a value for money type hotel. 300 SAR for a night is too much for this property...

Review 111:Put us very far rooms, small children had stay 6 days that room, asked multiple times to change the room for my children and he promised each time to come back 12 then 4pm, but the whole time was lying to us, we saw room were getting available daily that close to our room. Just to check-in it was a very long wait although all my information was already given through Booking.com I wanted to extend one more day - but they couldn't help me and kept sending me from one person to another without any progress. Lastly, I again did online Booking, while sitting in the Lobby of the Hotel, and got an extension of one day stay. Wifi was not working for the entire three days that I stayed there. No one bothered to fix it even.

Review 123:I had a bad experience .There was nothing in the room no facilities at all no slippers no lights no tooth brush even the lamps were out of order . even the shower was not working properly. And the staff didn't cooperate at all.even my booking was already done but the reception took almost an hour to confirm that.

Let's start with the Check In Process; My goodness, with a prior reservation how much time do you expect it to take, may be 15 Minutes at max; Apparently not, it's a loooooong 1 and half hours wait in the lobby. Moving into the room, no housekeeping guys accompany you, You ordered a King size bed and what you see is Four small sized beds parted with Bed Lamps in between. Oh! I forgot to mention a parking area. You pay a good amount of money and you don't get a parking area. You have to park your car almost 2 Kms away, quite professional. Most of the gents greeting you in reception, don't speak English. During a stay of two nights the room is cleaned never, and of course no supply of toiletries, no bed linen & towel change. Food is highly Over priced and taste not better than the cheapest street food. The housekeeping only knocks the door to maintain their log book, quite disturbing. Pay a little more and get yourself some respect and privilege. Please dont waste your hard earned money.....Thanks for reading.

Review 130:The one and only thing i liked about the hotel is the location. It's straight from gate 26A of Masjid-E-Nabawi and very much walkable. If you hear the Adhan, and you start at the very moment from your room, you have ample time to make it to the Masjid before Salaah.

Review 131:We came on the first day of Eid Alfater. Although it's very close to the Haram, we didn't have a pleasant experience. It was too hard to find the hotel cause it's in the centeral. When we finally found it we couldn't find any parking spot. The check in process took more than an hour we were extremely exhausted. The receptionist provide us with a parking but we drove for two hours to find it & when we went to the gate they told us no parking is available & we had to park on the street 3 Km away from the hotel. Sleeping at night was unpleasant & noisy cause there were so many people shouting on the street to get passengers. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even if you get it for free.

Review 134:They gave me the wrong room. Quadruple instead of Double/King Room. It took over half an hour for someone to come to my room and fix the beds to join them up. The carpets were very filthy, so I had to wear my sandals in doors. Breakfast was not up to scratch. I've had better breakfast at a 3 star hotel in Madinah and this was 5 stars and it was very expensive!!! Not worth the price at all. Check out took very long - only one person doing everyones check out.

Review 135:The hotel was very close to the Haram, especially the womens entrance which made our travel very easy. Room service was regular and they did a good job.

Review 136:Arrived at 2.30 pm but have to wait to get the room by 3.45 pm. All hotels in Medina check-in time at 2.00 pm but this hotel 4.00 pm. Receptionist doen't speak English. At least they should learn as 70 % of the occupants are non-Arab. Toilet bowl shake (loosed) and the sink was very smelly. Call housekeeping for ironing board but the sent the iron only.no free wifi as hotel are charging for an hour, a day and a week charges
