Review 1：Staff were not nice. Many little things that give you a bad filling as a guest. Radiator and some other things did not work properly.

Review 7：Howver, this so called "apartment" is tiny. It's asmallish hotel room with a table and a miniscule kitchen. Don't befooled by the photos (we were). Staying here with a family for a week inthe wintertime would be nightmarish. Two days in the summer was fine.

It was extremely clean, modern and well equipped. Large apartment, good wifi connection. Really beautiful view from the rooms. Very big outside playground for children .

Review 12：As a young couple with a 5 years old kid, we had a perfect stay ! The spa is well maintained and staff is friendly. The kid playground is impressive. A good base to set off and explore the Tatras .

Review 13：There was a construction within the facility, which started at 7:00-7:30 am with heavy use of hammer, and other loud equipment. This is usually too early for me to wake up...

Review 15：Upon arrival, they told us that they have no info about our booking. Didn't matter that I had confirmation email. Eventually they found the info/email from booking.com, but informed us that no rooms are available for the whole duration of our stay. Tired after long journey we accepted 2 nights stay, then they moved us to another property. Once we checked in, the central heating was not working. They gave us electric fan heater.

Review 22：On arrival, receptionist insisted that we pay for the whole stay before we even had a chance to see the room, saying it was their policy. I think that is unacceptable these days. The walls are not sound proofed and seem to be rather thin, so you hear the neighbours a lot and the whole house shakes when people on the floor above run around. There is a very unpleasant smell in the apartment, which does not disappear despite airing the room a lot. Must be bad quality sewage or plumbing. Nasty. I rated facilities as insufficient, as I could not get a ski pass from the reception as advertised, nor could we book a place in the sauna, as it seemed to be pricately booked from 3-8pm.

Review 24：WiFi is slow, quota is 300Mb, and have to reconnect very often. You are not online if close screen of your phone because wifi is closes, too. Strange and annoying. You have no choice but enjoy smell of neighbours' cooking. We tried to cancel one room, but had to pay 100%.

Review 51：Personally I found the sound isolation of the ceiling poor. (we had the ground floor) At night we couldn't escape the monstrous noises of someone snoring, and in the morning we got waken up by a stampede of antelopes in the form of kids running around the upper room aimlessly.

The rooms were very clean, pleasant, the kitchen was fully equiped even for larger cooking. 2 TV sets, free wifi, parking space, badminton or archery activities. And above all, perfect, kind and very helpful staff!
