Review 1：The bar fridge made noise in the night and when I pointed out that the control for the air con was not working nothing was done to rectify it.

Review 2：It was close to where I wanted to be,clean and tidy,easy to find and had all that I required.

Review 3：There was not sufficient towel rails in bathroom. They did not have a jug for water in the fridge.

Review 4：We were going out for a family meal there so it was very convenient. The room was clean and reasonably priced.

Review 7：Easy reach to retail centre. Welcoming friendly staff. Dining and senior meal excellent. Rooms comfortable. We watch for a special and if it is a pension week, we go for it! It's like a mini holiday, with retail therapy thrown in! We never stay anywhere else. love it!

Review 8：The room was separated by a wooden door adjoining onto another room. This was terrible as the noise from occupants in the other room travelled through the closed door and you heard clearly the rowdy noise, words shouted from yelling, sexual activities and the sound of the blower from the Spa in that room. This rude and obnoxious behavior was from 11:30 pm to 4:30 am. Very disgusting and unpleasant for young children to be subjected to. As there was no phone in the room (only the connecter and wires where a phone once was) you couldn't even ring reception to complain or call the police to attend to tell the occupants to be quiet. I would shudder to think if there was an emergency and you had to call emergency services to attend with no room phone!!! The motel that was attached to the outdoor pool was in the open and cold which nobody was able to enjoy.

Review 18：the room was very clean and comfortable. the tavern was 14 steps away (my husband counted) which made meals easy. the tvs around the dining area so you can watch your child in the play room is a billiant idea! didnt hear any noise from the bars. love, love, loved our stay.

Review 19：The deodoriser that was used for cleaning was far too strong. I needed to use antihistamines to be able to sleep in the room. There was a dirty sock under the couch and bits of white paper behind the couch. Remotes had flat batteries. Upstairs room was unsuitable because of a back injury.

Review 21：The bed ! Was the worst night sleep we have ever had . Noise from function held at outdoor bar also made sleep impossible. Had to listen to music thumping and party goers cheering from early evening until after midnight . Music got louder and louder.

Review 22：A female manager was very rude both when I booked my room and when I was making enquiries at the counter. I've stayed here before and had only dealt with a male manager who was incredibly helpful and kind. It was shame to have had the opposite experience this time.

My airconditioner dripped above the door and there was a wet spot on the floor mat and concrete. I was also wet by the airconditioner/heater as it dripped onto my head as I walked in/out.

Review 58：The motel is located close to the trots and is also accessible to the CBD. The playground & restaurant area were fabulous. The motel also offered alternative activities to the playground during busy times in the restaurant. The meals were delicious. The motel's restaurant is obviously highly regarded by the town as it was absolutely packed on the Friday night. It's also busy most other nights and many people reserve tables on what would normally be considered off peak nights.
