Reviews for Aquarius Hotel
Review 1:The room was too small; we barely had any room to put all of our luggage. There is also no air circulation in the tiny bathroom so it smelled a little.
Review 2:The hotel is located at the tip of the peninsula, so the view from the beach (a 5 min walk from the hotel) is very very nice. The hotel staff, whether they spoke English or not, were all very nice.
Review 3:The rooms are VERY tiny. No room for suitcases, and if you are a big person you may have problems fitting in the shower. No problem for us and we were only in room to sleep as we swam all day.
Review 4:Loved the location and the swimming platform into the sea. Heavenly! Great views if you on front row of rooms. Dolmus at door to Kas village very handy too. Wonderful breakfast too.
Review 5:Bedroom was small and dreary, the balcony mean with only two stools to sit on, and the bathroom was hopelessly small. You had to stand in the shower cubicle in order to close the bathroom door to use the toilet. That said, it is still a hotel that offers good value for money.
Review 6:Lovely setting, well run hotel, very good bathing platform with plenty of sun loungers and good access to the sea, nice swimming pool. The cook was conscientious and the food was simple but of high standard. The evening buffet was extremely good value -- delicious food well cooked, good array of salads and fruit. They even served afternoon tea -- melon and sponge cake very welcome after long day stretched out on a sun lounger.
Review 7:- Room was really small and terribly planned. Only one free socket for charging of electronic devices in room for two and it is not near the bed. No towel hangers in the bathroom at all, no shelf under the mirror. Bad illumination (just a few dim light bulbs and some of them were not functional). No chairs, no table. Only one really small trash bin, which was in the bathroom - Cleaners visited our room at 3-5 o'clock, when we were in the room. It was annoying. It would be much better if they would clean our room in the morning when we were at the beach. - Wireless internet was not usable in our room. In some cases it was possible to get connected standing on the balcony. - No shops nearby.
Review 8:- Wonderful location. - Friendly and helpful staff. - Meals were very good. - Very nice beach.
Review 9:The image in my head after seeing the photos had me expecting something more. Dont get me wrong its a nice place rooms are freshly renovated all linen and bedding were of high quality but it just didnt feel as romantic as the photos. Aircon wasnt the best. Tv is very limited with channels and the breakfast and dinner was very very average.
Review 10:The rooms were really clean and the kas in general was beautiful.
Review 11:Internet was spotty, and that caused us problems. Air conditioning in the 3 person room was misplaced.
Review 12:Excellent sea-side stay. Sea access and pool were excellent. Views were excellent. Close to Kas by car. Food was very good. Staff were very nice.
Review 13:A la carte prices and mini bar is too expensive. But it is a general situation in all Kas hotels and restaurants. Shower and toilet cabin is extremely small. But manageable tiny people. For big people it can be a serious problem.
Review 14:Location, view, beach facilities, Wi-Fi everywhere around the hotel, nice clean pool as an swimming alternative.
Review 15:The rooms are tiny, very basic. So don`t expect much there, the only down-side of the Hotel
Review 16:superb location, wonderfully maintained premises, nice breakfast, dinner terrace, friendly staff, great deal for a three-star Hotel!
Review 17:Very hot rooms and not fully rennovated. Tiny bathrooms. Staff was polite and helpful but spoke little english. We had a booking reservation for 4 rooms (4 couples) but when we arrived the hotel was overbooked. So one of the couples was upgraded to a room a bit larger but one of the couples spent the night in a lousy room at a hotel next door. Thankfully they got their normal room next day. When we tried to discuss with the reception a price discount for the night at the hotel next door they refused saying that the hotel next door is the same category.
Review 18:The artificial beachside area. The views from the room balcony.
Review 19:The steep hill up to the shuttle bus, but good exercise and nice on the way home!
Review 20:Great views from small balcony with chairs, regular public shuttle buses to and from town every half hour, short (100m) walk to breakfast at the waterfront swimming area and air conditioning.
Review 21:The rooms were a bit small. Thr location was a bit away from the center.
Review 22:The food was great at the restaurant. The rooms were fairly good size, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and nice. The beach was excellent. Location was great for the beach but a bit far from the center which is like 5min drive with a taxi. I enjoyed my stay a lot.
Review 23:Their restaurant is a bit pricey.
Review 24:Amazing beach amazing nature amazing breakfast.
Review 25:some times in morning wasn't hot water
Review 26:excellent location near sea. beautiful landscape design. unusual rock beach. nice staff.
Review 27:Rooms too small for a longer visit
Review 28:Staff, location, service
Review 29:rooms can be hot and stuffy
Review 30:staff, food, sea view, swimming opportunity, silence, hanging out at the ocean
Review 31:I loved the location and the friendly staff. They upgraded my room for the same price as my original quote. The best part of my experience was the amazing hospitality and service of Baris Biligin Zorlu! I give him 12 out if 10 stars.
Review 32:Tiny rooms with microscopic bathroom
Review 33:Good location, beautiful views, quiet private beach, a good restaurant, good breakfast (we will help you forget the inconveniences in rooms)
Review 34:Attention: If you do booking via booking com, sae view might not be seaview but instead building view, not very amusing! I have booked twostandard rooms with sea view: But indeed this sea view was no seaviewbut instead palm view or "building in front of you" view.Although I made several complaints the management was unable to provideme with proper rooms, with reference to regular guests. In this context:Could you please be so kind as to tell me where I can file my requestfor compensation at booking com? I have payed for two rooms with seaviewand had to stay for three weeks in rooms having definitly no seaview.Very dissappointing!!!
Review 35:The rocky beach is excellent and big enough for all the guests, thestaff was extremely friendly and tried everything to comfort us.
Review 36:Evenings can be disappointing and lack atmosphere as they're held in the restaurant area and not outside. We were there for 14 days and only once did they set up the evening meal outside right by the sea and it was amazing - a truely wasted opportunity! We ended up to going to Kas most of the time. During busy periods it was disappointing that the beach terrace area was open to the public and paying guests often had no sun loungers available to them. Further to this the manager could have dressed more smartly and acted as a proper maitre d'.
Review 37:Great location by the sea, especially if you like to swim to pontoons. The sea front area is a nice space and the service delivered from the staff in their restaurant area is good and you feel like you're on holiday. Stunning locatoin with daily cleaning of rooms and fresh towels. Friendly staff keen to please and quick to sort any problems which arose. We really enjoyed the local towns of Kas and Kalkan as well as visiting Xanthos and the boats trips - highly recommended. A nice bustling seaside area on the doorstep within a tranquil setting - truley idyllic.
Review 38:Poor, very old and tiny room, which absolutely doesn't fit the overall look of the hotel and requires major repair. The territory of the hotel needs a bit more attention as well
Review 39:Location is very beautiful, full of lush vegetation. Clean and very comfortable beach zone ,outside bar-restaurant right near the beach, and the terrace on the sea where you can enjoy a very beautiful veiw.
Review 40:Wi-Fi was slow in the rooms, rest was perfect.
Review 41:Very good hotel with, open swiming pool, we swam in night drinking Efez.Perfect location, wih a sea view, room was ok. Breakfast was much betterthat in 5* hotel in Konya.Hotel is not very big, it has some buildings, you will eat breakfast close to the sea. Not crowded.. One of best hotels, what I stayed in Turkey, this is a nice difference, compearing to big hotels without a beauty in Antalya/Alanya or Fethyie/Bodrum.
Review 42:Nature, and everthing else
Review 43:The rooms were too small.
Review 44:The location was very good. The hotel's restaurant was good enough.
Review 45:Air conditioning not very efficient. Very few members of staff spoke any english
Review 46:Friendly catering staff Lovely setting and views
Review 47:Wi-Fi was poor. The room was very small.
Review 48:Breakfast and dinner excellent food and on the seaside. Very nice sea-view from the balcony.
Review 49:Hard to find (not enough directions on the road)
Review 50:A bit remote, clean, by the sea, open plan, good food
