Review 1：We hired bikes - they were totally not prepared. We needed to spend like 30 minutes to get them ready for the ride (and of course we had to do it ourselves!). The building looks like a huge old block of flats, it does not look nice. The inside is alright, and so are the rooms, but again - for this money I would expect something a little bit better. Ladies at the reception try to be nice, but since there is usually only one at the desk, you always need to wait a few mins to talk to her.

Review 2：It is pretty close to tenis courts, which we wanted to visit often, and to the beach. Breakfasts are quite good as well.

Review 3：No Wi-Fi in the room! LAN connection doesn't work! Weak bed Noisy place Overpriced Parking somewhere around if you are lucky!

Review 7：- Poor menu at Riccardo restaurant - Price for buffet lunch / dinner - Even though the apartment had a kitchen and lots of dishes available, there was no washing up liquid to clean them. Cleaning staff seemed surprised when asked to provide it and offered only the rinse the dishes. Pots and pans were missing as well. - Less interesting breakfast choices during the week

Review 8：- We got upgraded to an apartment (thank you!) - Even though we arrived early (1,5 h before check in), our room was ready for us. - The hotel was close to the beach. - Most staff were very friendly. - The weekend breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.

Review 13：Mini bar was empty. No room service, I asked for queen size bed but i got 2 seprate beds. Receptionists poorly trained. Not biligual

Review 14：it's actually an apartment block rather than a hotel, with lots of apartments owned by private people, stuff reduced to minimum, dampness in the bathroom, room furnished modern but cheap, swimming pool average cleanliness, definitely not 4 star standard, not recomend staying there.

No collection service from train station 2. inadequate heating - radiators were lukewarm although it was already quite cold, especially in the evenings 3. bad service, had to ask 3 times for extra blanket, which eventually arrived after a long wait of 4 hours! 4. inadequate cleaning of room, on some days pillows were not even rearranged properly and hoovering was done in a hurry. Sand was left on floor regularly.

Review 18：The pool is dirty, dirty, dirty... There are sand piles in every corner which means that noone cleanded it since weeks when the outside area was still opened. The staff in the reception is a bit overwhelmed and untrained... seem friendly interns rather than professional hotel staff. The hotel is full of Germans. Not a problem as everybody is nice and in a holiday mood but it does not feel like you are in Poland at all

Review 24：No ironing board in the room. Only 1 pillow per person. Very friendlyreceptionist but couldn't organise stuff for us in a timely manner(said she'd send housekeeping up to the room immediately - it tookher an hour and that's after we inquired once more). No double bedin the room just 2 singles pushed together (2 single duvets and sheets).
