Review 1：don't take the hotel taxi to airport, save money and take taxi next to hotel 200m. we asked for a tea for stomach problems and the "boss" told us only go to 7eleven.. we advised that toast bread had ants, they checked the bread but didn't changed it.

Review 3：Staff is not that engaging and proactive, however they help you when you ask. The position is not great but if you rent a bike or car is ok, not far from the beach. By the way they offer a shuttle service to the beach during morning time and to the main Chaweng road (once a day) with NO return. So you are going to fight a bit on the taxi/tuk tuk fare

Review 23：This hotel is located 5-7 minutes drive from busy Chaweng street and about 10 minutes drive from Lamai beach. Even if you don't want to rent a bike, you can catch tuk-tuk which passes there every five minutes, so it's really not a problem to get around. In addition, they have free shuttle to the city center in the evening, which is very convenient and free shuttle to a nearby beach at Chaweng Noi started from the morning. The service was excellent, the staff was very helpful. The room is spacious and have a balcony over-viewed a pool and green surroundings which are just breathtaking!

Review 24：A/C was quite loud even on the quiet settings. Rooms were like an outdoor apartment style. Hallyways are outdoors and in thailand its super hot and not pleasing to see the neighbours rugged and run down houses right beside the hotel. Suppose to be 4 star but clearly is 3 star hotel. The people who give out star ratings need to do a better job. Its very deceiving. Bath tub is only big enough for 1 person to sit in. Very awkward for a couple to enjoy a bath together.

Review 28：Location was good as it was removed from the busy areas. However that made it a little tough to get around. Samui is too busy to rent scooters so you are at the mercy of the taxi drivers. Some of them can be rude when you talk price but make sure you don't get ripped off. Jump in a van taxi and it shouldn't be over 50 baht each way to the fun chaweng district. The hotel offered free shuttle to the beach however no return. They should offer set times of drop off and pick up to make this a better experience.

Review 29：This was a great stay as the hotel was only about a year old so everything was clean and in great repair. Pool was fantastic. Staff super friendly and very helpful. Great English so made the experience very enjoyable. We stayed a full week so had a solid understanding of the operation. It was also a very quiet time of year so had the place to ourselves for most of the week.

Review 38：Some girls on reception didn't speak English well, although it is not a surprise in Thailand. If you don't want to drive the bike to the beach , then you have to go down the hill and when you decide to go back, then this uphill becomes not very pleasant. There is a shuttle from the hotel that you can use to get there, but you can't have this shuttle to come back... There are no sunbeds on the beach from this hotel also. There is als no iron in the room. If you want one, you have to ask on reception, but remember that there is only one item for the whole hotel and if someone didn't return it, then you are unlucky. Any complaints are rejected at the reception stating that the hotel doesn't provide such service.

Review 45：Our honeymoon staying in Chaweng Noi Pool Villa overall is gorgeous! This is the first time we stay at such comfort and big villa. Never forget about each of their friendly staff. We choose to stay at Deluxe Pool Villa comes with private pool, big room, separate living area is really makes us so much enjoy staying for our honeymoon! We also enjoy and love their food especially breakfast with plenty of choices. Most of the food we also like it! If you ask me would i choose to stay again? Yes! Definitely we will choose to be back again! Hope we can stay back the same room 3004! ^^

Review 50：The hotel is quite noisy starting from 9 am onwards (we stayed on Nov 2014) as there is a road construction right outside the hotel. The room's air conditioner was quite noisy. It had this trembling motor sound which could be quite irritating at night. The water heater temperature is inconsistent and it was hard to control the level. The hotel's location is not so strategic as there is not much variety of food nearby. It took us 35 minutes walking from Chaweng street back to the hotel (we got lost and couldn't find any taxi so we opted to walk instead). After checkout, we booked a taxi to airport. The airport transfer costed us 500 baht for 2 pax but we had to share the van with another 2 travelers who are heading to airport themselves. If we knew this beforehand, 4 of us would have shared the van instead of paying double. We booked the whole taxi ourselves. How could they simply overcharge us for airport transfer and yet we have to share the taxi with others?

Review 51：From the hotel reviews, a lot mentioned that the bed is quite hard but we find it alright as we are used to sleeping on hard beds. Pillows are quite comfy too and we had no problems sleeping through. The room cleaning service was good as well. Motorbikes rental with the hotel costed us 200baht per day and they asked to keep our passport for insurance. What I don't get is we are already staying with the hotel. Why do they need to keep our passport? We ordered room service and it was good! We did not try the buffet breakfast though. The hotel provide free shuttle service to Chaweng beach at 7.30pm everyday. Also, they can fetch you to their partner's hotel where you can enjoy the beach facilities.

Review 52：Location. You must understand that beaches on Samui usually don'thave any public access. It's usually go-through some beachfronthotel or some back alley/jungle. This hotel is close to the beachbut getting there is very tricky. That is the biggest disadvantage. Alsoits surrounding is not very glamorous - some old warehouse and woods. Itdoesn't look like it's part of the city.

Review 53：First of all - we booked it for 4 days, than drove all around theisland and didn't find anything more convincing, so we stayedanother 5 days. So I'd recommend this hotel. The hotel iscompletely new, very modern and clean. The bathroom had glass window(with curtain of course, but from the outside!), loved it :). Somestaff members were great, other just ok, but nothing to complain about.The restaurant is little expensive (about 200 bht for thai dishes), butthey were the best I had in Thailand. Menu had pictures in it and thereality looked actually even better. Shame they close the bar at 10 pm,pool even earlier. Free bottles of water in the room. A/c wasmodern - quiet and adjustable. Good balcony. You can rent scooter herefor 200 bht/day. I have even crashed it a little bit but I fixed itin some repair shop and nobody complained - big plus. And Chewang Noiis probably the best beach on Samui

We want to order a massage to thr room and when wecall to the reception they told us that they are fully booked and whenwe go to the reception desk there was a massage to order.

Review 106：- the location is terrible. While Chaweng Noi beach is small, lovely and charming, it's not possie to get tasty not-overpriced food there. You need to walk for 2-3 km to Chaweng beach to be able to find smth for less than 200bat - it's very noisy from the road. As well, there is a local community or smth next to the hotel and it's quite noisy from that side too - there is no direct access to the beach, you need to cross the road and pass through one of the hotels entrance, which sometimes is not possible ("sorry, access for the resort's guests only")
