Review 1：Only 2 small elevators are there which made it really difficult to go up and down specially during the rush hours. Its far from tourist places, so people should have a car.

Review 2：The place is very family friendly and amazing atmosphere. I liked the food and the tea time.

The staff were good and helpful especially the receptionist lady Berue was excellent in helping guests and solving issues . She great . Well done

Review 17：There was a problem on the cabinet of the toilet, they came 2 times to solve the problem but its not solved and the sound of the water stay, also the outside pools was closed

Review 19：The utensils in the restaurant is a real disaster. If you pick up any plate, cup, glasse and utensils randomly you'll find at least 30% are not cleaned/washed well. While i think all rooms come with half board, that's make the restaurant over crawdad and the buffet area very messy.

The breakfast and dinner are delicious. The "tea time" is interesting with someone playing a music while you are enjoying the day and many other things!
