Review 80：Being a chain, it was to be expected that this place was bigger than the other hotels/motels we stayed at, but - even with that in mind - it felt just too big and very "anonymous" and impersonal. Weird "gunshots" late at night while a party in their conference center was ending. Yreka is a very depressing place, and so is this hotel.

I pondered booking a newer facility north of town which was probably nice as well but glad I chose Miners Inn as it was everything I had hoped for including the downtown location. We booked two rooms and the double queen is exceptionally spacious!
