Review 12:I recently traveled to Mardin with two friends and stayed here. The hotel was very easy to find, and upon arrival the staff was extremely helpful. We needed help booking a bus to another city, and the man working the front desk immediately called a friend and had us booked on the correct bus in three minutes. We also arranged a tour of the area around Mardin at a great price, and our driver was very friendly and accommodating of any requests we had to stop, take extra time somewhere, etc. The room was very spacious and clean. We really had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel!

Review 13:The rainy weather, but that wasn't the fold of the hotel.

Review 14:The the hotel ifor the guest.s just situated in one of the hot spots of Mardin. Very good breakfest, ver ylovely people at the hotel doing everything for the guests.

Review 15:Staff were NOT helpful at all. Only interested in selling tours, not giving info about bus/dolmus. The hairdryer set on fire spontaniously. When we told the reception desk, they couldn't care less.

Review 16:Great location, super comfy beds and big room, altough no heating in the bathroom, which is freezing in winter. Great breakfast.

Review 17:Leaving!

Review 18:Rooms are large and clean, Met with a smile and help with our luggage. Good location, on main street and with views over Mesopotamia from our terrace.

Review 19:Strange room cleaning sytem that invoves moving your things to different parts of the room, putting things in your sponge bag and removing altogether sn unread journal.

Review 20:Super breakfast and breakfast staff.

Review 21:The TV had been worked on why we do not know, upon our arrival back from sight seeing the door had been left ajar.

Review 28:The open far view was only visible from the rooftop terrace, not from our room.

Review 29:Great hotel in great city. Staff was really helpful: fridge didn't work and they replaced it in no time.

Review 30:The breakfast was not very good. It has to be the only place in Turkey that served mushy old watermelon. They ran out of eggs too.

Review 31:Great location to watch the moon rise. Our rooms all had great terraces looking out to the valley. It also has a parking lot which is a big plus.

Review 32:It was amazing place with amazing staff. Whatever i asked for was there. They afforded me to rent a car with a cheaper price compared to the market. I loved the traditional style of the room, the lovely staff and the cleaniness. Placeof the hotel is exactly where mardin has the best (the traditional street) I highly reecommended it for staying.

Review 52:Price for 4 people, views an location were very good

Review 53:All was excellent, the place is full of character ,wish we could have stayed longer.

Review 54:The cave rooms smell of humid rock and mold, so if you have any allergies ask for new modern rooms.

Review 55:Very good location and easy to reach. Friendly staff. Beautiful terrace.

Review 56:Room was not cleaned thoroughly enough Limited English of staff Pricey Lack of affordable transport options to get to hotel (taxi from airport is 50, do not pay that, get the hotel to pick you up for 35, they did it for me)

Review 57:Beautiful historic building Very good AC Good wifi Good breakfast Good staff Fantastic view from terrace

Review 58:My room was toward breakfast place, was little bit noisy in the morning.

Review 59:Everything was good. Nice clean hotel with traditional deco elements. Rooms as you should expected, stone rooms. Normal bathroom. Bedroom is big. Personnel is nice. Breakfast is fine turkish breakfast. Beautiful terrace with an amazing view!

Review 60:Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and excellent location. The room gave the feeling that we were living in a prehistoric cave with comfort of 5 star hotel

Review 61:The elevator serves for the first floor and roof terrace but not for the second floor.

Review 62:The hotel is in the city center with a panoramic view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is sufficient. Rooms are large.

Review 63:The hotel is located ideally. We had a great time there and appreciated Serif's help in organizing our visit there. He made things easier for us and had very concise recommendations which satisfied us all. The younger staff is also very helpful and always do their best to assist. Would be great if they had people speaking better English but we just got along well and enjoyed their willingness to help.

Review 64:Breakfast was so bad, the staff said it was between 7 and 10 am. we had our breakfast at 9.30, but there is almost nothing to eat as they started to clean up the breakfast room. We almost had our breakfast with the leftovers.

Review 65:They have a large car park which is so good as parking is a big problem in the old city. Their location is also good. Our room was very large and comfortable and has a balcony to enjoy the view.

Review 66:Almost nobody from the staff speaks English, but actually only few speak English in Mardin.

Review 67:Excellent breakfast. Big room, clean and tidy, with a great view. Good location and warm and friendly staff.

Review 69:Faultless.

Review 70:Completely delightful - rooms and the building were immaculate. Staff were wonderfully helpful and made my visit a total pleasure. Invest a bit more and enjoy the rooms with south facing terraces - extraordinary views over the plains of upper Mesopotamia. The hotel itself is a tribute to careful and sensitive restoration of a Mardin treasure. Go now!

Review 71:.Breakfast, average quality. Could be improved regarding the standardof the hotel

Review 72:.Very friendly receptionists who make you feel at home. Unfortunately, they only speak either turkish or arabic. So I appreciated greatlyAbdulrahman who spoke english very well and was very helpful during mystay. Thank you. .Very nice rooms with stone walls on the groundfloor..Good money value.

Review 73:This is a new hotel nicely converted from an old stone building and located within walking distance to most tourist attractions in the old town. I stayed in a room with centuries old stone walls and an arched ceiling on the ground floor. It was nice and full of atmosphere. There is a roof top terrace where you can take in the spectacular view of a vast plain, minarets, a hilltop citadel, and hillside houses. You can also sit and have a cup of tea up there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me good advice on must visit places in Mardin and how to get around. What I’m most grateful to them for is that they helped me a lot to get to the next destination. I really appreciate their hospitality. If I get another chance to visit Mardin, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Review 74:breakfast is ok but needs improvement

Review 75:extremely helpful staff and manager, very clean, great location (at the heart of old town), stably internet connection, great view for some rooms

Review 76:Terrace cafe is more expensive compared with the places in the city. Besides, they offer drinks in very small glasses and charge a very high price. That's why I gave lower points for value for money part.
