Review 1：Can't sy ther was anything we did now like.
Review 2：Very nicely done room and clean, we had a suite in the adjoining house that was really nice. K-cup machine stocked daily.
Review 3：Construction! The work was very noisy. We were not able to relax or nap after a very late night and early morning schedule. We are surprised that there was not some warning or some discount because of this situation.

Review 10：Horrible WiFi, odd experience with other consumers. There must be noise issues in surrounding area, even thought I heard nothing. Woken at 4 am by next door banging in walls and on our door to turn TV down. We have been sleeping in dark quiet room for hours. The problem was there was no way to contact management till morning. Office closed, no option on phone to contact anyone.

Review 13：I had a lovely stay at this motel! Very clean, comfortable and with a friendly staff. A short drive to the amazing downtown shopping. Not fancy, but just right.
Review 14：The king bed was very firm, but had plenty of pillows. The pool didn't have an outdoor shower, but required a rinse off before entering.
Review 15：The bathroom was very clean and updated. The room was very spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. Easy to get to Hardings Beach and Main street. The staff was kind enough to take plenty of pictures of us the day we got engaged.

Review 17：This is an old-fashioned Cape Cod motel. It was spectacularly clean, everything was in good repair. My room was near the road - a very busy street and with the AC on low due to humidity, I never heard a car! There was a nice place in the woods just behind to sit among the scrub pines and relax. Near restaurants, coffee and town. Although I booked two rooms simultaneously, we were not next to each other. I did not use the pool but several guests seemed to have a very good time. I was pleasantly surprised after seeing the outside, and very comfortable. Room also contained a small refrigerator with soda and ice machines outside the units. The office served coffee in the morning but I'm a Dunkin Donuts fan and it was just down the road. The towels were nice and thick, brand new bath/shower.
Review 18：We had a very pleasant stay though only one night. The Staff were all friendly, the room was nicely updated, and the pool was great for our daughter after our long ride. We will definitely return next year and will even extend our stay with them.
Review 19：The room was very nice, bathroom brand new and roomy. The manageress was extremely nice and friendly and gave us lots of tips for breakfast diners, places to go etc. It has very nice surroundings, lots of nice trees, birds singing etc.
Review 20：The Chatham Motel is close to the downtown of Chatham and Hardings Beach. It is also within walking distance of a Dunkin Donuts. The motel was very clean and the owners were very friendly. Great value for the money! I would recommend it highly!
Review 21：Our room didn't have a mirror in it ....Just in the bathroom. Also the hairdryer didn't work. Also there isn't a coffee pot in the room.but you can walk to the office and get a cup. No breakfast or continental breskfast either..

Review 25：I had an extenuating (death in the family), and had to cut stay short. They went out of their way to help me arrange transport back to Logan airport.
Review 26：For the last few nights we have had no one next door to us. We do now and I think the dividing walls are pretty thin as noise travels from the adjoining unit and the plumbing is also noisy.
Review 27：Although this is an "old school" motel the rooms Are extremely spacious with a little sitting area. Good size bathroom. There is a coffee maker and microwave which was great to hear up our chicken pie from Marions Pie Shop just Dow the road. Close by ( but not walking distance) from Chatham which I think is the nicest town on the Cape.

Review 29：Chatham is a very pretty central location for exploring the Cape. Accommodation can be very expensive. The Chatham Motel is both charming and great value for money. The staff, Ron and Lisa, were tremendously helpful and welcoming.
Review 30：We have stayed here 2 to 3 times a year in the past coule of years and enjoyed are time here. The only thing that we noticed this visit was the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in the room.

Review 35：The room in one of the adjacent buildings was to a very high standard and very comfortable. Very friendly reception. Although breakfast wasn't served at the location, there was an excellent diner 5 minutes walk away. Great Wifi signal.

Lots of wood trim in the room with nice furnishings made it feel like a cozy B&B! The outdoor pool is supposed to be heated but it was ice cold. The property is right on Rte 28, bit of a busy road, but very close to downtown Chatham. The room has a fridge, microwave, & Keurig. At night, it's very quiet. Overall we loved our stay here.

Review 46：Beautiful wooden floor; no stinky, funkie carpet. The floor added a lot to the stay. The grounds were incredibly beautiful and well kept. Availability of early morning coffee was a plus! This was our first time at the Chatham Motel but will certainly not be our last.
Review 47：The bottom of the tub/shower was slippery. Only one bar on inside of the tub enclosure was awkward to use in getting out. The motel rooms were a bit dated in appearance.
