Review 21：The rooms now are becoming more&more ageworn, poor cleaning: disgusting dirt on the walls and in the toilets, some facilities out of order, apathic and indifferent service. Better paying in cash beware of uncertain transaction with your credit card. Always check mini bar (better making a photo soon after entering or leaving room), 'cause otherwise you may be charged of consuming goods never appeared there. No attention paid to clients, after the money were paid, and no quality control. Unstable wi-fi...

Review 43：Pretty dreadful taste I. Decor, indifferent breakfast with squash not juice and low quality breakfast goods. The white bar where meals and drinks are served is noisy, far too focused on the young and noisy scene and has pretty poor food. Better places to be found in Plovdiv and far better food a walk away. Almost no English speaking or reading waiting staff on hotel makes ordering food accurately very difficult. So surprising in Bulgaria's second city
