Review 2：Wonderful location, calm, peaceful rooms and a beautiful view by Sapanca lake. Spa was very convenient and clean. Staff are super friendly and well trained. Restaurant offers a good menu and good service. Breakfast is top notch.

Review 35：Unfortunately, our room was colder than we expected and it took the hotel administration to fix the heating till the morning. However, they provided us with a heater so that we did not get cold at night. They can take further precautions to fix such problems in the future. They did not bring newspapers to our rooms (as they did before). I have been to this hotel some years ago a couple of times and they used to leave newspaper on the door. I think, it was a good practice. Other than that we were happy to be there and everything was just fine.

Review 36：I like the atmosphere of the hotel. Its spa is one of the best in Turkey. The food is OK, more vegetable dishes can be offered to vegetarian or vegan guests.

They had us waiting, because they didn't have time to deal with it on the spot. They mixed up some rooms. That can happen, but for a hotel this expensive, a problem of this nature should be given the highest priority and addressed immediately. Instead of that they had us waiting in the bar, without even offering us tea. I had to go back to the check-in desk to insist. Not good. Also the food can be better. The open buffet was ok, but the menu a la carte was mediocre. In fact in terms of value for money, the menu a la carte was way below average. The hotel is too expensive, the listed prices are just too high. Also wifi should be improved.
