Review 1：The staff are so helpful especially with Mr. Fahad mahabob who helped to make my stay more enjoyable by assisting in making my family members together in a connected beautiful rooms.

Review 2：Its an old hotel, although they have done a good job at maintaining it. Eventually you feel it needs a full refurbishment or has to be knocked down and rebuilt. Also needs more food outlets in the mall below rather than clothing stores.

Review 17：The room given to me a corner were with squeezed in washroom with a bathtub. The entire washroom would fill with water upon taking shower. The staff on the floor new of the issue which was with this washroom only. I had made the reception aware of the same.

Review 110：Ten years ago, I stayed with my family at medina Oberoi. I loved it then. This time it was even better , as I got older and needed to be close to the family doors to access easily the Rawdah.

Review 111：The hotel is rated 5 star, and I think serious reconsediration must be given to this rating. The furnature is old and renovation of the furniture, I believe, is a must.

Check out was also unprofessional.. Rooms are well maintained but very old.. My friend preferred this hotel because it is allowed to smoke in the lobby. I wouldn't stay here again if this is the price/value balance..

Review 118：Bellteam was very helpful and polite. Same with the breakfast lounge,Indian Restaurant and Patisserie.. Indian Restaurant is one of the raredining options in Madinah and the service was excellent.
