Review 1：Nothing.
Review 2：Sasi couldn't do enough to help - absolutely lovely host, friendly, helpful, knowledgable about the Old Town and tours and transport away from Phuket.
Review 3：I arrived at 346 Phuket guesthouse but I was informed by the owner that there was something wrong with the plumbing, she was very apologetic, she had organized for me to stay in the old boutique hotel down the road. She escorted me there and spoke to the reception there, I even got a lower price for my stay there. I thought that was very good service.
Review 4：The hotel has a strong stentch of cat urine and feces. It is a pungent smell which carries throughout the property. The windows of the rooms do not close properly, big gaps allow mosquitos and cockroaches into the room, there is also no mosquito net. When we complained we were told not to worry "no mosquito here". Lies. The staff speak almost no english and are very unfriendly. The rooms are way below par for the price, as well as the bathrooms and clenliness of the property, all very poor. There are many properties in the area of much higher standard and cheaper price, try Baan Sutra for example is excellent and only 200 meters down the road.

Review 7：The owners are very friendly and the room was super nice for the price. The breakfast was very simple but for the price totally fine. The location is good to see the Old Town but very far away from any beach, so it is only a good accomodation for 1-2 nights ( because there is not much to do in Old Town)

Review 11：Owner is a bit aloof and not very attentive or helpful. There is a cat litter smell and cats up on food countertops and serving areas. The room in the front has leaky shower and there are gaps in the window casings allowing mosquitoes in. I would not recommend the place.

Review 13：Good location for the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful with booking trips/taxis for us. Would stay here again if I visited the old town, phuket. Rooms were very quiet at night. Breakfast was toast, tea or coffee, yoghurt with fruit and was surprisingly very good!
Review 14：A bit noisy in the morning. Our room was right above the reception/breakfast area and we could hear other guests conversations. Sound insulation is not the best, but I guess you can expect that from an old thai house.
Review 15：The bed was the most comfortable we've had in our 2 week (and several hotels, including a 5 stars) trip to Thailand. We were even joined by one of the house cats! Staff was very kind and accommodating.
Review 16：a cats dirty dirt tray in the entrance foyer of this guest house was one of the worse smells! the room was ok the shower leaked in our room leaked into the foyer as when i came down there were towels down for the water seepage through the ceiling, breakfast was toast made by the host and some fruit n tea or coffee! they were not very helpful and the one that was there when we arrived new nothing! just stayed playing games on phone!
Review 17：We could only pay in cash for the room, rather than by credit/debit card as advertised and although the resident cats were a quirky feature, they woke us up with consistent yowling in the early hours (along with a persistent ringing telephone that could also be heard). Lots of mosquitos about too as a result of the water feature/ koi carp pool.

Review 21：Phuket 346 is a four room guesthouse with a rustic French colonial feel mixed with modern design. Soi Romanee is a small quite street in the old town; with your choice of food and shopping within walking distance. The two girls managing the guesthouse are lovely and helpful with anything you need. The guesthouse has a lovely relaxed, homely feel, which, in my opinion, is the best kind of accommodation around. Tops any hotel. There are a few resident cats, which could be a pro or a con depending on the person. They are adorable.
Review 22：The breakfast at the hotel was not what I thought it would be. All thereviews talked about a delicious roti, all we had was a few pieces ofwhite toast.

Review 24：Phuket 346 Guest House is perfectly located in the heart of the historic old Phuket Town in a converted shop house. Lots of character and friendly staff. Ok-Chang and the other staff are friendly and interested in their guests and nothing is too much trouble for them!
Review 25：The owner is a little strange women we called "the catmother", with 12 cats in the basement that she is living for ;)friendly but not very helpful with how to get arround questions. Ourroom was typical for this old houses extremly small, beneth bed you findno space for the luggage (one handbaggage each) breakfast poor like mostplaces, toast with butter and 1 jam + musli (spoonful of teastlessflakes with a cup of milk but with fresh fruits!!!) ... but the asienguests had a pretty big breakfast with some kind of noodle soup,something looked like scrambled egg with something ... maybee just ask,we were in a hurry and couldn´t find out:(
Review 26：Nice clean little hotel, hot shower, breakfast inkluded, right in themiddle of old town between the 2 roads where you find the best restoredold houses. Nice bars, restaurants, little shops and the fresh marketare right "next door", silent at night. Here you visit phukettown, not the beach!
Review 27：• like in most of the houses in Phuket the rooms have thin walls and therefore can be a bit loud and clairaudient (but since I brought earplugs I had no problems with that) • mosquitos where in the room (I brought a mosquito-net, therefore I had no probs with that as well)
Review 28：• the location in the old town of Phuket is absolutely perfect; the Hotel is located in a completely renewed street (the nicest street in Phuket Town in my opinion) • the room I was in was small but nice, with some design elements • the staff is very nice and helpful, they help you when you have questions (they even organised cabs and a day trip for me) • nice family atmosphere - it doesn't feel like a hotel rather like you are a guest at a family • considering the location and the nice interieur of the rooms the price is very cheap and worth it!
Review 29：Bus station is a bit far. The room was tiny, and had only one electric socket. Thanks to the stuff I've got me some socket strip, and got this covered. The aircon in the room on the second floor was wild, I hardly found a way to make it stop creating a freezing tornado in the room. No free soap, toothbrush or toothpaste in the bathroom, what a shame.
Review 30：Staff was pretty friendly, were open to help with everything. They even got up at 5am to give me some breakfast, priceless. The location is at the heart of the Phuket-town, many POI's are very close, you don't need to bother with catching mototaxis to see everything that is fun in the city. The place looks really nice, and has some nice kittens.
