Review 1：Be Careful, Do not, under any circumstances, make my mistake, do not book this place, I have 25 pictures describing how bad this place really is. Very impolite owner that understands english only when he feels like it. The first time i turned to the owner saying i cant sleep in the room he gave me because of strong smell of mould his response was - Its your problem, not mine Frogs, Rats, Lizards, Insects i have never seen before, on my bad, on the bathroom sink etc, See Pics Room with no floor but only plain concrete, worst smell of mould i have ever smelt, Wanna have breakfast and eat eggs? make it yourself!!! the owners wife will monitor every movement you'll make so you will not eat too much. The owner does not supply blankets just so you will not turn on the A/C TV with Sat ? hehehe..... 19" pc monitor with a digital convertor the has only 1 station - all pixelized. Bed that feels like sleeping on a rock. Wifi ? a Cellular modem, with no reception You cant lock the door of the room - I used a towel!! see pics This review is not enough for all i can say, simply, I have left this "resort" 3 days before the end of the booking The lame owner, trying to prevent me from writing this - cancelled my booking as "NoShow" The closest store i found, to buy water was almost a mile away from the "resort", no beach around at all! Review 3：The room was cheap for the night, but there was little to shout about the room. Basic facilities. And the bathroom wasn't particularly good. Seemed a contrast to the ratings I'd seen about the hotel. I did see some sort of rodent run across the entrance too, but it's Thailand, I took this with a pinch of salt.

Review 16：Extremely friendly staff. Manager Fred, DeeDee andh her husband JoJo were very helpful, and we feel ourselves like the family. Very quiet territory. There is also motorbike rental service with almost brand new motorbikes (mine has only 500 km on odometer) They also have innovative pool cleaning system. The pool does not smell chlorine like many others do. Our villa has water heater so we had no problems with hot water at all.
Review 17：It was too far from the beach and the road to get there was very dark at night, pretty much there is no way to leave the facility if you don't take a taxi or rent a scooter.

Had we known wewould have taken more cash, lloyds tsb charged me £14 to withdraw the£400 needed to pay accomodation after initially blocking my cardpresuming it was fraud, took 2 expensive phone calls to resolve whichwas quite stressfull
