Review 1：Single room was small and hard to move around in-not much space for my luggage or to change, key card had to be fixed/renewed, the shower was small and leaked water all over the floor. Also, the small tekel next to the hotel overcharged me for water just because I am a foreigner. A small bottle of water is .75 lira and they charged me 2.75 lira.

Review 10：Heavy cigarette smoke all over the hotel including the rooms. Awful PAID parking area near to a carwash with cameras pointed in a tree. Noisy rooms, right in front of a regional bus station. Noisy air conditionning. Early checkout - no breakfast, no invoice. Bad wi-fi signal and TV not working.

Review 15：Worst service I have ever exerienced. We had no towels and we waited nearly 2 hours to have them (and then they were old, broken and also not so clean). Air conditioning was brooken and we had the bathroom flooded after every shower. We complained, but nothing happend, they didn't even try to fix the problems or to ask if we would have liked to change the room. With more than 40°C outside was impossible to sleep. Breakfast was also not nice, butter was clearly expired, fruit juce was horrible and we had to make another breakfast outside.

Review 16：Air condition was really weak and as a result the temperature was really high (about 29-30 degrees). Wifi was extemelly weak as well. Our credit card was charged with the whole amount, eventhough they told us that we could cancel the charge and pay cash.

Review 18：Location is not ideal, room was very small and because we had a back room which the window opened on to an alley, it felt like a jail. Bathroom was VERY small and the shower did not drain properly so the entire bathroom floor would flood. Air conditioner was poor to say the least and the fridge was room temperature so it was unable to cool drinks effectively. Safe also did not work properly.

Review 24：The location, even though it is not the best area, is very close to the water and the nice area of Konak and Alsancak. It is 30 TL cab ride from the main bus terminal. There is a metro stop right next to the square and the Havas bus from the airport stops right at the square. The rooms are nice and clean, though the walls are too thin.

Review 25：The breakfast was little variety. In our room there was a noise coming from the central air conditioning circuit. We complain about that to the staff and they promised to solve it but they do nothing and we hardly could sleep. The staff didn´t have maps of the city and had not many information.

Review 43：Welcome genuine smiles by the Brother & Sister team of bell boy and receptionist, both of whom spoke English. From the moment we set foot in the place we were made most welcome, VIP treatment all the way. This central venue gives exceptional value for money, adequately comfortable, clean and very tidy although in smaller than average rooms. (Bathroom was minute and would cause difficulty for overweight people.) Good breakfast in open buffet style, serving traditional Turkish food. Free Afternoon tea and cake served from 17:00 - 19:00.. Evening meal at 15 TL, again traditional Turkish style, not gargantuan but sufficient to satisfy. You'll get good value for your money here on all counts. As a bonus it is 10 meters walk from the Major coach booking offices. Most of whom run a free shuttle to the coach terminal about 4 Km distant, transfer time being 9 minutes. Have Re booked for another stay in 2 weeks time!

Review 58：At first I liked the location, its in central Konak and everything is for walking distance (of course if you like walking), after -the check in, it was provided really very good. I liked the boy at reception, he is really professional, after I discovered that he is FO superviser (I know what is customer service, bcos I am also working at hotel). The room was exactly the same as on a pic I saw at booking.com, just a little bit small, but very enough for two persons, who are spending almost whole day out of hotel. All staff is really good and helpful. Breakfast buffet good also. Room was cleaned every day. If I come back to Izmir, I will really stay at walk in hotel again. FO superviser even offered a dinner for complimentary upgrade, and it was pity that we (me and mum) could not accept it. Even hotel is located at front of one of the main square , and our room has window on a side of it, I did not have any difficulties to sleep. when u close the window room is getting quite.

Review 63：- No kettle in the room (and no complimentary water) - Wi-fi was difficult to connect to, requiring several attempts. But no issues once connected. Interestingly, I was not able to connect with my iphone for the duration of my whole stay (5 days), but easily connected with laptop/tablet.

I've been staying in a double room, and there was very little space for movement, and I mean any movement.
