Review 1：Wifi is not available in all rooms, and very week of you get it. No support of any kind. I had to work besides the lift to pick a signal. Parking is very limited, you need a miracle to get a place or park miles away in the city. Poor management if you complain. One of the managers was telling stories about guests to his visitors, in an apparent breach of privacy. To sum up. If you want food and bed, It might work. Anything more, think twice. And don't try to contact a service or complain to a manager, they are rude, helpless, unprofessional and unfortunately will lie to escape the responsibility.

Review 2：Food is good , location is not bad. room is nice however beds are narrow.

Review 3：There were a big angry crowd at the reception waiting when we wanted to check in. We also waited for about 20 minutes just to check in. Staff is totally non-responsive. When we went to our room at 17.30 it was still not ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes. Bath is old, dirty with leaking water.

Review 5：There was a manger of food services who solved a problem for me and my family like good leaders do. I was initially reserved half board but the hotel had no dinner buffet during those days. But mr Bassouni shafei solved this issue and made us enjoy our stay and not worry about having to go to local restaurants for food and we can focus on our abadah and religious spirituality

Hotel is around 30mins from the airport. Taxi fare is only 60-70 saudi riyal. Sapto bus station is only 5mins away. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

Review 10：Unfortunately most of hotels in Madina are very bad and not maintained. Staff in the breakfast were not polite and not helpful. Brackfast quality is under average. Madina in this time of year is cold, no heater in room. Most furniture in room are broken. The fact that there is no hotels alternative in Madina therefore most of the hotels dont care to offer customer service compaired to other places.

Review 36：The hotel is very very old, all furniture seem to be 25 years old, dirty, there was a very bad smell in the room and everything is full of stains, the breakfast and dinner can be given 2 star instead of 4. I gave up on cheaper hotels and closer to haram hotels just for the parking location alleged in their booking page, BUT I found that they have one place with 45 parking shared with 3 hotels.. This hotel only have 15 parking to serve 250 rooms !! This is cheating ,, NO mathimatics .. I parked my car 3km away! CLEANILINESS.. Splotchy sofa COMFORT.. No proper insulation, I can hear the next room residents, In addition to the continuous alarms of wrong parked cars as they are pulled by the traffic men.

Review 44：Have stayed in this hotel before and returned because our earlier stay was pleasant. The washrooms need some maintenance and breakfast needs more variety. We had booked an executive room but were checked into a standard. Had to call and ask for a change that caused some inconvenience with young kids. Housekeeping service was not upto the mark this time.

The receptionists did not explain all of this during check in and there was general lack of coordination among staff.

The hotel location is excellent and very close to Haram, with all facilities around. And there is free basement parking if you have a car which is so convenient.

Review 72：The service is too lazy . The decoration of the room was not satisfied ,over all the furniture was very old . But since two years ago it was well satisfied but now you will not feel that you are living in 4 star hotel, the room was much noisy , you can easily hear your neighbour conversation from the attached room.I think something happened wrong , might be the administration or the management has been changed , I always preferred to stay in this hotel , but This time I really shocked.

Review 87：This is my third time here, and I think the fourth will be here too. The Staff are so cooperative. They offered us very late check out, including one extra meal (compliment for the meal we missed with late check-in). They changed the triple room with a quadruple, as the AC smell was somewhat irritant. [Last time they offered us a suite instead of triple room]. Rooms are comfortoable (but the little suite is much more luxurious than the room). The internet is better this time. The food this time also is much more tasty.

We went there in ramadan so breakfast should have been changed to suhoor (which we wanted) by the hotel but instead they gave us iftar as complimentry. We raised this issue but the hotel staff didnot help n the issue flared up and we demanded to talk to the duty manager who was not there. I believe that the hotel management should resolve this issue as a first thing with their guests

I requested for a clean flask to boil water for my daughter to drink milk but housekeeping came into my room & just rinse & gave me , which I know how to do. I had no choice but to use it & my daughter vomited . Review 110：Mattresses were hard. Carpets in room dirty. Awful drainage stench in bathroom and bedroom, from time to time. Upon arrival was informed that parking no longer free. Refused to pay as I booked with parking and day before arrival spoke to reservations and confirmed parking. No word of paid parking.
