Review 1：Cannot use wifi in room, its signal was not good. But can use at the balcony.

Review 2：Location is great. Staffs were so friendly and helpful. They can keep your luggages before check-in and after check-out.

Review 6：Developed in a tradicional wooden thai house, its warm and calm vibe contrats with the traffic 100m away. Breakfast was good, with a wide choice of European, Thai or Brit options. Staff was friendly and very useful, helping us with a last minute booking for a non riding elephant excursion.

Review 7：I found petticoat of other people on the chair in my room. I didn't see it when I went to the room and fall sleep but saw it in the morning when I checked out. I told the hotel reception and asked her to tell manger to call me back then I can inform them more detail but they never call me. Made me worried whether they clear the room or not!!

Review 9：The restroom decoration use a lot of small stones at the showering area, it is something trouble when my son tends to pick the small stones and put them into his small mouth. No lift at the resort, which is some trouble if you have many luggages to bring up to your room. The environment is like in a forest, which has many insects, and especially mosquitos inside the room.

Review 10：Swimming pool is clean, I can let my kid play in the water without worried. The location is close to shopping area, and has private parking area.

Review 11：The bed was, as always in Thailand, rather hard. But I got used to it after a few nights. And they provided me with a topper to make it a bit softer.

Review 15：This is one of the worst places we have been so far, totally overpriced, so overpriced that we felt almost scammed. The room has the walls very dirty with stains; the shower didn't have warm water, only too cold or to hot and when said to reception they didn't do anything. The wifi was or not working or impossibly slow. The breakfast had one day a sad fried rice and one day a poorly cooked thai dish and nothing more. Some yogurt some fruit juices and some old croissants :-( this was so sad! The staff is rude and aggressive and the swimming pool water is terribly cold. This hotel caters Chinese tourists I guess, we didn't see any western and now I know why. Moreover, they keep a still water pond in the garden which is a breeding home for mosquitoes, so the place is really infested. It is not kid friendly and the staff doesn't smile. Please avoid this place, the energy here is very bad, it is dark , old and overpriced. Ah I forgot. The say we checked in, at 21 a man of the staff entered our room without asking with some Chinese or Japanese tourists to give our room to them. I was half naked and this was so embarrassing and not right. For 70 € euro one night this is a funny scam.

Review 23：This resort is a green and quiet oasis in the busy city Chiang Mai and is build in typical old Thai style in wood construction. The luxuriant garden gives a lot of privacy and relaxation. The swimming pool is exceptionally good conceived and integrated in the tropical garden. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The resort dispose of a comfortable and pleasant massage space. This resort is an excellent place of residence for those who love peace and tranquillity.

Review 24：It's along the flight path which is noisy whenever planes depart. The bath mixer is uncontrollable. The hot and cold water don't work properly. If it is hot, it's too hot. If it is cold, it's too cold.

Review 93：The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful the entire time. We were never greeted when we approached the reception and instead were busy playing with their handphones. The 3 reception girls we dealt with during our stay only reluctantly helped us when we asked for it directly. There was no hot water during our entire stay. The electricity went out the entire day on our last day so we were left without aircon, lights, etc. When we checked out all the receptionist said was "You had a water. Pay xxx baht". There was no "I hope you enjoyed your stay." or even a simple "Good morning." Worst hotel staff we have yet encountered.

Review 94：Pretty run down meanwhile - must have been a great hotel years ago. Far too expensive for that kind of lack of reinvestment and caretaking.

Review 95：Good location close to busy Chiang Mai area, yet only a few minutes away from the old town by Song Taew. The pool is a great cool downer after a hot day out.

Review 96：So many mosquitoes in the room. Just some of the rooms have mosquito net. We cannot sleep well due to the mosquitoes. Its location is near the airport. The airplane noise is quite loud. And the bathroom is not clean. If you book Executive suit, you can only see the roof top but nothing.

Review 98：it is a shame, they are really wasting potential because the place COULD be amazing but is not well looked after. Rooms are clean but for example windows and bits and bobs are just not looked after and are dirty and run down. Unlike other places in Thailand staff is rather uninterested not unfriendly but not as welcoming and caring as in other places we experienced. It was our honeymoon which we stated and asked for a nice room when booking (no upgrade just nice) we got the darkest gloomy room with a balcony facing a wall instead of the yard, we asked politely to change but were just shown the same one on the other side with no comment or question. In other places we got a little something like upgrade, a flower or just a warm comment about it but here nothing at all...not even a tour of the hotel...hence we had all meals in the nearby places with great food and amazing service which was fine.

You wouldn't think yantasasri was near abusy road in the city as it is so peaceful and relaxing with gentle Thaimusic playing in the background by the pool! Our room was cleanedeveryday and was refreshed with new towels. I would definately recommendthis hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Chiang Mai- and what acity it is!

We loved the location and preferred it to being in the center city. Terrific place to stay that we would recommend to any visitor to Chiang Mai. Worth stating again how great the staff was.
