Review 1：Hotel (especially breacfast room) was crowded with chinese tourists in December 2015 but it didn't bother us that much.

Review 2：Nice location and ok size pool to relax after a walk in the Old Town. Nice view from the hotel room towards the city. Nice hotel compared to the price we payed.

Review 4：It is not a 4 star hotel it's a five star hotel we stayed three days in room 1510 Excellent view the room is big and cosy bathroom is very big toiletries are great in amount with 2 umberalls near to every beautiful things except the beach no drunk people :) big swimming pool ... I stayed in 4 different hotels in Thailand the most beautiful breakfast I had here in this hotel even if you need item not included ( open buffet ) just tell them they bring it for you for free near shopping center .. Robinson ...watsons everything opposite to it wonderful seafood restaurant I must thank the hotel manager and staff because after we checked out we left our luggage for three days because we booked in a coral island resort so , we didn't want to carry our luggage through boat

Review 10：At first the language barriers were pretty difficult but after a day or two you get certain workers that put out a little more than the others to try and greet you in English or remember your favourite meals (the cook in the buffet remembered exactly how I liked my omelette). The men and women in the down stairs resturant were really friendly and made us feel really taken care of. Overall a really good stay and I can't wait to go again

Review 37：Sufficient parking place next to hotel, great lobby area, large rooms with a nice view of Phuket. Room service very fast. Breakfast buffet I believe on the 19th floor was good enough. Check-in was easy and fast, they do ask for 500bht cash in case you take something from the minibar and are unable to pay for it afterwards. On checking out they ask what you take from the minibar, and they believe you instantly which is sometimes different. The hotel bar looks nice and drinks very reasonably prices. The location is not near to a beach but downtown Phuket, so if you are looking for a beach, don't use this hotel. Downtown Phuket does not have much to offer. This hotel is definetely value for money, very popular with the Chinese.

Review 41：It is a good place, to be in Phuket for a short time. Hotel good, clean big room, breakfest appropriate. I not recommend to these whose can spend the time at the beach because it is far away.

Review 42：- hotel staff's Has no information about the city and attractions. - hotel rooms was very old and some of the facilities was broken and useless. - The windows of the rooms was locked so no fresh air. - A/C was noisy. - no soap in bath room. They are using low quality shampoo and shower gel in the bath room. - I think the hotel are suitable for chinesse because 90% of the guests was chinesse which they're coming in groups and sorry to say that but they're always talking loudly everywhere. - no shuttle for city. - they have to renovate the hotel. - do not recommended it at all.

Review 44：The room was not very clean and looked a bit old. Ripped curtain in the shower, old towels. The hotel is ok for a 1-2 nights stopover but I wouldn't want to stay there much longer.

Review 45：Spacious room! There is a small restaurant/coffee shop that is open from early morning until midnight downstairs, so you can grab a decent dinner without leaving the hotel (we didn't notice any open restaurants within 5 min walking distance at 11 pm, so were very happy to have this option). Convenient location if you are stopping over in Phuket on your way to Phi Phi island, the trip to the ferry station takes less than 10 min.

Review 48：The rooms are old and almost everything is broken. There is an hugecrack in the window, the chairs almost fall apart, the bathroom is oldand certainly not well cleaned. The location and surrounding is notgreat at all, Phuket town is a dead city, better go to Patang Beach!

Review 50：Unfortunately our room had recently been varnished we think, this normally should be a plus bit the fumes were very strong and it wasn't possible to open any windows. We notified the reception, but all they did was send up a bell boy with a thin of air freshener. If we weren't so tired I would requested a room change. The hotel does not offer free Wifi which is poor.

We got a room at the 17th floor and it seemed likeno one had been there for a while, so it was pretty stuffy and dusty.The carpets in the halls are really weird but c´mon, thats not much tocomplain about.

Review 58：We chose this hotel because we were going to Phi Phi the next day and itwas close to Rassada Pier. If you want the beach, this isn´t it. It´salso close to a day market, pharmacy, atm and 7-eleven. Classy hotelwith mostly business travelers. The lobby can arrange taxi service aswell as boat tickets and the staff is very helpful. The restaurant isgreat and the lobby provides a cheesy karaoke (drunk-drank-drunker-karaoke). The pool, spa and gym is really nice. Breakfast is good.
