Review 1：Incredibly unprofessional staff and service. Not enough parking area lots. Misleading information for the free rooms in booking. No beach next good for swimming. Everyday smell of toilet that accompanies you through your stay. There is nothing to be done there.

Review 2：The room was big and comfortable. The paid wi-fi was fine, after several visits feom the IT specialist. The view from the balcony was ok. The restaurant and the kitchen were not bad.

Review 3：Small beach, nice but unfortunately unguarded and no amenities for guests - toilets, umbrellas, deckchairs. But - near the hotel there is some huge industrial pig farm and every single night from 7:30 in the evening until the morning, the wind carries an unbelievably, horrible smell all over the complex. Simply intolerable. If this does not fix, we will not rest a second time there.

Review 4：he complex is very nice, large swimming pools for children and adults. Large and comfortable apartments. Clean. Prices are normal - for a 4 star hotel. The food in both restaurants is very good. The staff is OK.

Review 9：Internet (paid) operates in room only and requires re-logging every timedevice out of range or goes into sleep mode - don't loose passwordsas it operates trough primitive interface and you'd need these allyour stay. Only 2 restaurants ( out of many advertised) - good food butyou'll be bored second day with choice, one convenience store wellstocked for English sour artificial taste - crisps and sweets are therebut healthy food at deficit. Beach access - miserable dirty track fullof debris will lead you to stinky beach with toxic water as sewers aredumped there so no no no especially if your skin is made out of skin nottarmac. Staff - fantastic , rooms tidy but sewer odors will kill allgood feelings at the end. Stayed 2 nights and ran away third morning toanother hotel to wash all clothing and valet car. Avoid !

Review 10：Reception staff played key role in luring us into this complex -wouldn't thought it would be as bad as it actually was. Location ofcomplex is off, it's actually so off its hard to find and onewouldn't expect to drive narrow country lane to this overgrowncollosus. At first glimpse - nice place, fully packed with residents andtourists but once sorted at reception it took good 30 minutes to findparking space, impossible for expensive rims owners as you'd need toclimb high curb to park on pavement as place packed to the brim. Firstimpression after opening car door? Stench , drilling trough the thickhot air - sewer odors are everywhere - in your room , pool, restaurantand soaked to your luggage will follow you for days. If you havesensitive taste to hardcore smell - avoid ! If you are cumbrian farmer -go for it , you'd feel like home.

Review 13：The hotel was not even operational at the time of our stay. They have listed 20 activities (Steam Bath, Whirlpool, Bowling, squash, badminton, tennis, Playground etc) none of these activities was really available when we got to the hotel. All places have been locked and off. There was not even a staff at the reception desk. Phone was OFF. No internet. No hair dryer. No microwave or oven in the kitchen. No room service - nobody came to clean or change the towels in this apartment. My family had awful experience and it was a ruined weekend for all of us.

Review 52：The apartment that we were offered first hadn't been cleaned and was filthy with dirty dishes in the sink. The second apartment was spacious and lovely with partial seaview but was saturated with cigarette smoke. We'd specifically requested a non-smoking apartment because of asthma, but the reception staff curtly told us that all apartments had cigarette smoke. In the end we found a tiny room with a kitchen corner, which was nothing like the pictures on the booking page promised, but at least was smoke-free and didn't cause an asthma attack. The reception staff showed no sympathy for the problem and we found them unfriendly. In low season there was just one restaurant (the service was slow but friendly and food didn't even come close to the great dishes we had in Nessebar) and a tiny store open. A 10-15 min walk away in Aheloy there were a few snack bars, greengrocers' etc. but nothing very interesting and the beach couldn't be used for swimming. There was nobody maintaining the pool area.

Review 53：The main pool with seaview was impressive and with hardly any hotel guests in September there was no shortage of sunbeds. If you like peace and quiet and don't mind the cool evenings and mornings Marina Cape would be a good choice in Sept- Oct. The price was a bargain.

Review 54：Everything seemed closed and very quiet. Pool bar was closed, so we were unable to enjoy the evening on site and a morning coffee there. Hairdryer had been removed from the room.

No bars were open at all and the only'supermarket' had mostly empty shelves and turned off fridgesstocking nothing useful to make a meal with so we were forced to leavethe complex to drive to find anything to eat or drink. We decided aftera poor pre- booked breakfast to cut short our stay at the complex atthat point.We do not recommend this complex at all!

Disgusting outlet of uncleansed Waste Water into the sea just some 300 m from the center. Only the grocery shop is ok - the rest of the advertised shops were either nonexisting or very poor in quality. The staff at the restaurants were totally indifferent and unfamiliar with apropriate costumer service. The food there was bad too. Where was the announced boat rental service? The childrens playroom is extremely expensive and poorly equipped.

They made a confusion about our arrival date and it took them 2 hours to sort it out so that we had to wait in the lobby.The vouchers that they gave for the bowling (that is not included in the price) could not be used due to an explanation that we did not untherstand so we just did not use it. The worst thing was that there were not chairs and table on the balcony they said that other people have"bought theur own", so we could not realy enjoy the view;)

Review 84：Reception staff lacks in all aspects, check-in was late over an hour in which time no option even to leave baggage was given. On a later stage a simple request was just forgotten although they've promised to arrange it. Nearby pig farm adds a specific scent to the experience which is hard not to be mentioned. The town doesn't have proper facilities and finding a dining place is a challenge. Nearest beach is 5km away, without life guards.

Some times the pass words didn't work. The sheets were notchanged and the room was not being cleaned well since house keepingservice was poor too. Two of the poor quality wooden chairs werebroken suddenly one by one and me and my wife were wounded and hadback and wrist pain. The pool was so much chlorinated. Car park was abig problem.

This area is surrounded withsmall harbor for boats and from this reason the water there is dirty -full of alga. There is also a very bad smell, probably coming from thisarea, the smell is like cesspool and can really destroy very niceatmosphere. I also didn't like one lady of the reception, but all otherpeople were very friendly and nice. I also didn't get the exactapartment that I booked while watching the booking com pictures.

Review 93：The hotel is located in the quiet area, you can relax with your family,there are two nice and big swimming pools, you can also enjoy yourdrink sitting in the swimming pool but in the bar. There is spa withnice massages, few restaurants and really nice view, because thecomplex is located just at the sea side. The apartment is cleaned everyday, fresh towels are changed everyday. Apartments are nice andfurniture are of good quality. The beds are very comfortable. Cleaningservice is very nice.

Review 94：Impolite receptionist. Made my wife with my baby wait just to get naanswer about the laundry. Not enough parking spaces. Strange smell -like a toilet in the whole complex and the surroundings one of the days.If you want to go to a beach you need to travel by car, because near thecomplex there is no decent beach.

Review 95：The accommodation was after 14 h, but they managed to accommodate us at14:30 pm. Around the pools there weren't changing rooms. The furniturein the apartment was to collapse. I had to ask dryer from receptionbecause there wasn't in the room. The dryer which we got was broken. Notenough parking spaces. The nearby beach is not good because it has atube that leads poured reverse. From this anywhere in the air was foulodor that was growing dusk.

Review 100：Great holiday complex. If you book on Booking.com it's very cheap. Much more expensive to book on site. Certainly one of the best complexes in the Sunny Beach area. I would thoroughly recommend it if you are looking for somewhere nice to holiday with the family. We were there twice this summer and we have been there many times before. It is perfect for families who just want to relax. The food is good, there is a nice safe swimming pool and good evening entertainment if you want it. It is just a taxi ride from Burgas airport.We will certainly be back a couple of times next year.

Review 101：Lack of beach, you have to walk 10 minutes to get to place which I wouldnot call beach, I did not enter the sea at all. Apartments are notequipped properly, there is nothing inside apart from the bed and tv andshower, you have to pray for forks and knives. You have to pay foreverything like kids club, spa, squash etc... It was the firstdisappointment for me with booking.com because it was not indicated onthe page (even though we received 1 ticket for free spa and 1 bowlinggame). It is in the middle of nowhere and it costs a hell of money to goto any nearby places by taxi, but you do not dare to leave your parkinglot because there are not many parking places and a lot of cars wereparking outside the complex in the grass.

Review 105：The facilities were excellent with two large pools and easy to access apartments. On site parking. The complex is in a quiet area so there is no problem with excessive noise at night. Most apartments are privately owned and let-out so there isn't the restriction you can get with some hotels/complexes on hours of pool usuage.

Review 106：Avoid like the plague! Hotel staff was unbeliavably rude, put me in a cr@p room and refused to move me to a room that i had paid for. It is impossible to park in the complex at night as there are not enough places. Dont be fooled by the photo with the beach! First of all it is actually a very long walk away, and secondly the whole beach was incredibly dirty. And also around a complex was a horrible smell, as if you were in pig farm. Please save yourselves and stay away from this hotel
