Review 1：I absolutely abhore the fact that when I asked for in-season rates I was told that none could be quoted bc it depended on "demand". I found that off-putting and a bit greedy. I love, love this property and our room was gorgeous, however I will not even attempt to book them for the summer. That's a shame.

Review 7：Being awakened by a LOUD group of women, carrying on in the hall in the morning. There are always inconsiderate people, such is life. We could hear them clearly through the door, enough to shock us both awake.

We inquired about the brand of pillows and where they could be sourced, and she immediately called her colleague who provided the details Top notch customer service. The rate was advertised as a discount rate, How can this be? I am a senior with a teenage daughter and would love to stay at this hotel more often (in a tip top shape room,) but it is not affordable at the rate I was charged.

Review 28：I liked the location the most, It is on a more quiet end of the the beach front, I also liked the front desk staff very much and the way the little office lobby is decorated. The rooms are large and roomy and I also like the small updated kitchen, The room is open, bright and cheerful.

Review 31：Three weeks prior to our arrival, we had to change our reservation from 4 days to 3. The hotel charged us 25% of the first night's cost just to make the change. (It cost us $82.00 to make a change) Also, the entire first night's cost was charged to us, not when we arrived, but when we made the reservation three months prior. These two policies had me thinking that I would never return to this hotel. But after staying there, I'm confident we'll be back. (Even though I disagree with the policies)

It was like sleeping on a pillow from a couch or a chair. They need to be more comfortable. Made use of the kitchenette every morning and evening.

Kiddie section attached to main pool was a great bonus. We spent all day there. The Pier House was one of best meals I had in Cape May.

Review 102：Noisy room could clearly hear conversations in other rooms and hallway. Restaurant food from beach service was terrible waited over an hour for hot dogs and 2 ice teas. Hot dogs were extremely cold and ice tea was luke warm ice deluted. Should of asked for our money back since we each only took one bite of our hot dogs and drink was not drinkable. Had breakfast at same restaurant and it was great!

The free trolley will pick guests up right in front of the hotel. The complimentary beach lounge chairs, tags and umbrellas are a huge plus. Beach cabana's were only $50.00 for the entire day. Staff were very accommodating. The Pier restaurant was awesome and worth the money. I would absolutely stay here again. As a matter of fact, I am booking a stay for my senior parents.

Review 126：I had to wait an extra hour until I could check in because my room wasn't clean yet. It might have been because the maids were young girls that were running through the halls when I was taking my bags up and nearly knocked me over with the cart. When I pulled out the sleeper sofa there were black spots all over it! It is a nice hotel but I don't think it was worth over $500 for one night. Very disappointed when I left. The hotel isn't right on the beach and if you want a cabana it's $50 for the day. Should be included with the room.

Review 132：I booked 2 premium deluxe rooms with a beach view to celebrate my mothers 91st birthday. I was given 2 rooms immediately above the loading dock which made the experience a horrible one. First morning as we had coffee and breakfast cake on our third floor porch, a garbage/trash truck pulled up and fro 45 minutes emptied and compressed trash from the restaurant and hotel.The noise and smell chased us indoors on a beautiful morning. The second morning we tried again. The scenario repeated but this time there were 6 trucks pull up and with loud engines/generators unloaded at the loading dock. We could not hear ourselves talk and again were chased indoors. I told the staff at checkout and the staff response was that next time I should mention that I prefer a room that is in quiet location. This was a premium and deluxe room. That is not what I experienced.
