Review 1：Bit outdated room and Spa decor for a 5* hotel. 7km from a city centre.

Review 2：Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view over the city on the upper floors, excellent staff, outdoor swimming pool, gym. 1 min away from neoplus shopping centre.

Review 3：The hotel was a little bit isolated / out of the way from town. It was a little dark inside the rooms. The children's play equipment was badly in need of repair and refurbishment. Wifi password was not as straightforward to establish - However this was fixed with perseverance from staff. The Indoor Pool access was a little strange: having to purchase a material shower cap and swim in dim light ?

Review 14：Most irritating thing was bathroom. Shower area was so small that one could barely bath properly there.Bathroom was not being cleaned properly. Room Service staff was not good in english speaking. Also Overall lights were less in the room.
