Review 1：1.Check-in process was very slow ... it may be the high season as all room were fully serviced. 2.The room is a bit smelly of dust. 3.Restaurants were not enough at night... you got to reserve in advance and price was very high. 4.Water in the pool was a bit unclear.

Review 2：I have stayed at the grand front beach 2 bedroom ..... 1.The room location is very relaxing and able to walk straight to the beach. 2.Room is designed for big family to stay with good facilities (for example, kitchen for cooking). 3.Nice staffs 4.Enjoying the front beach at night with live music performance at the front hotel restaurant. 5.I think price was acceptable for family stay.

Review 5：Food at the resort restaurants were high priced compared to restaurants on mainland. I understand there is a convenience factor but for a family of seven it cost me approx. 4000 THB for each meal. Tried to use mountain bikes to visit island and was told that all of the bikes were broken.

Review 6：Accommodations were beautiful very well maintained. New Years eve Party was a blast. Excellent show and Fireworks. Swimming Pools were fun for the kids with the slides. Very friendly concierge. Rented minivan twice and was very impressed with Yhu To our driver who customized our trip to our personal desires. Excellent touch and very professional service provided.

Review 7：Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The place has everything you need and is a total haven away from the usual tourist run, and the hustle of Phuket. If you did want to take some time on the main island though it was only a short boat ride away, and there were always taxis waiting at the other end to get you wherever you wanted. The beach and pools were great as was the food and the cocktails.

Review 8：Too far.. Service was really bad.. For the price there are much better options.. It is a remote island and getting to anywhere is difficult especially if you are planning late night outing.. Staff is not trained to prioritize guests.. Hot tub was too dirty to use and water was cold.. Water supply erratically stops..

Review 11：The room was not clean when we arrived. To me, the maintenance and cleanness are not up to the price we paid. A pool villa should have a better standard. This hotel is good for tore groups though.

Review 12：Our villa was beautiful but in need for some maintenance. Service was awful - staff was friendly but lacked skills or training. Completely unorganized housekeeping and restaurant service. No coffee served during breakfast, items not replaced, had to go and find own fork and spoon. One our last day there was construction work just next to the breakfast area. Very annoying. Food in restaurant limited. Room service food came in plastic containers and we had to unpack and plate it on our own. Taste was bad too. Towels in our villa torn. Sun lounge torn. One bathroom had no amenities or towels at all. One of our rooms was used to store gasoline containers. This is a safety hazard, especially if travelling with children!!! Reception refused to let us stay in our room 15 minutes longer on the last day. No porter service despite us having called. We paid 5 star prices for a beautiful island resort. Sadly the service was far below our expectations.

Review 13：Location, gardens, peaceful athmophere. The beachside villa was great but be aware that there is no privacy.

Review 14：The bathrooms could be better furnished and provision provided for hanging clothes. Water pressure and temperature were not very good. Choice of food could be wider and costs were a tad high. Taxi costs were also very high when compared to the open market rates.

Review 15：The villas itself are very good with nice rooms and private pools. There was a Live band (guy+girl) on one of the evenings which we rather enjoyed. The common pools and access to the beach were good.

Review 18：When I first got there I was dismayed at the first impression of the cabin, including the approach. There was clay underfoot. I thought some gravel or better finish would be nice. It looks like the budget ran out for tiling the bathrooms. But the view was great and the amount of space in the accom was great. I liked the main bathroom. I was just missing those little touches that made me feel like I was on holiday and it was a little luxurious. As I got to know the resort I saw that everything else was great, and my kids were more than happy and told me to be less fussy.!!! I travel a lot and have my own accommodations so I notice those things I guess. But I had a relaxing time, and I stayed some where else for more $$$ afterwards, and I preferred your place. Location, location, and really what you look for in a tropical resort with the palms and beautiful pool. Staff were all fantastic and the spa area great too. Thanks .

Review 20：1-Lizarda everywhere ; inside the room , beside the swimming pool , in the garden , on the boundary wall ,...etc .( Too many ) 2- The swimming pool is very small and not as the photos on the website . 3-I've booked sea view villa but in reality it is very far and can only see a very small part of the sea if you jump high or stand on chair . 4-Very far from and other facilities or shopping areas .

Review 21：lack of communication between staff, we arranged for transfer and early breakfast with the supervisor and before going to bed i paid the reception a visit to confirm arrangement but in the morning things were not organised again however communication was made by email and face to face with staff. there is some safety concern which can be easily rectified and fixed as well as some better management of electricity power which can save power for eco and environmental friendly operation of a business.

Review 22：Location and services, I arranged for transfer for 8 people with the supervisor but a car for 4 people was sent but that was solved quick and was forgotten by the warm welcome.

Review 23：Front desk needed more training. They do not seem to know much. Simple things they do not know: wifi access code, where is the fresh water, iced coffee, etc. The villa we stayed at needs new pots and pans and more kitchenware!

Review 24：We got a beautiful five- bedroom villa with private pool beach front. Awesome ocean view! Two master bedrooms are wonderful with double bathtub! Third bedroom downstair has awesome pool view and beach view! The villa is beautiful and the maids clean it everyday. They even do our dishes. We have 8 adults and three kids. Feel like home! Lots of cooking, swimming, biking, and having fun. The main pool has the water slides that we love so much! Fresh seafood from the fisherman on the island! We bought from the local fisherman and cooked. Awesome experience!

Review 26：House keeping sucks!!!! How can they forget towels every single day. Orjust bring one. Asked about it 3 times on the phone to reception. Had togo myself!!! Dirty plate of seafood in front of my villa for 3 daysbrining bugs and started smelling in the villa. I had to phone about it.And 2 hours later it was gone. They never really sounded sorry about anyof it. They turned my villa into a shrine of solitude since travelingalone. One towel. Half way thru. They removed the stools in the diningarea.Leaving just the one for me. I thought I'd end up losing one ofmy nightstands. And other things. Hairs behind the tub all 4 days... Ohand 5 star Hotels have fresh juice and real coffee for breakfast. Andisland hopping doesn't cost more than the price of the villa itself!

Review 32：The Inly issue was the boat transfers from the mainland to coconut island. 50baht, equal to about £1 , was very reasonable, however from midnight the price increased to 300baht and from 2am - 6am the price increased to 2000baht which we found very steep.

Review 33：The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Breathtaking scenery, friendly staff, the operation seemed well run and seamless in all ways. Plus we were given a free upgrade.

Aircon was spoilt (had ice coming out of it) and took 2 hrs to get repaired. Also, limited food options. I understand it is an exclusive island resort but the quality of food is not worth its price when compared to mainland. Japanese restaurant is a weak attempt at authenticity.

Review 65：Every thing was extremely bad we arrived at about 4 pm and they only gave us the keys at 7 pm.. The AC wasn't working well..we had NO Water in the toilets for a full day and no one could fix the problem until the second day.. We call for a buggy and it arrives 1 hour later.. The breakfast was not good at all.. This hotel has ruined my whole vacation

Review 75：The staff were exceptional - they went above and beyond with any request. We felt part of the coconut village family and were honestly sad to say goodbyes to the staff we met. Our 1 1/2 year old will definitely miss her hugs from Nisa and Keng in particular! The resort is perfectly situated so that you can enjoy trips to local islands, water sports and an amazing view. Rang Yai was our favourite island trip as it was quiet, clean and great for a small child. The resort was a great place for families as it had a range of pools, activities and a kitchenette so we could do a little home cooking too. Our 1 1/2 year old loved her time there and was never bored!

The boat time from marina to hotel is every hour and half , example : 6:30, 7:30, 8:30,9:30 etc… The boat time from hotel to marina is every hour, example : 6:00, 7:00, 8:00,9:00 etc… there is fee for the boat 50bt and after 10:00pm is 300bt for 1 person. I was waiting for the boat every time for 1 hour in the marina and there is no waiting place. I do not recommend the Village to anyone, This is my opinion. There is no activity in the village. need to renewal it. There are no restaurants are open late. Close 10:00pm. There is no international food. There is open bathroom with the bedroom. The room need renewal. There is only two Taxi company in the marina, hotel Taxi expensive and local Taxi is good than the hotel Taxi.

Review 91：Improvement suggestions:-- Each and every guest should be greeted on arrival.We were not greeted on arrival and the direction to the reception was unclear. We noticed many guests experiencing the same confusion during our 2 week stay.- Extend dining options and facilities offered to guests.Whilst guests can chose to take one of the hourly boats to the mainland, guests are effectively a 'captive market' on this island resort and we had therefore anticipated the resort to offer more facilities and more extensive dining options than that which we actually experienced during our stay.- Improve the self-catering options or food deliveries to guests villas.Our chosen accommodation was well equipped for self-catering but the hotel shop "Cocomart" does not really cater for self-catering guests. The only alternative is a trip to the mainland to stock up on food supplies - this is quite inconvenient.- Offer access to the floating restaurants.We were looking forward to visiting the floating restaurants during our stay. However, we were informed by a number of members of staff that we would have to make our own way to the back pier as management actively discouraged staff from assisting guests to get there. We consider the route to the back pier too difficult and too far in the dark for guests to make their own way there and back, especially with children. If the hotel are concerned about losing custom to the floating restaurants they should consider opening one of their own or partnering with one of the existing floating restaurants.- Management should address the quality of the entertainment.The performers tried hard but were quite weak and unfortunately during our 2 week stay the entertainment extended to karaoke from some of the other guests children (until around 10:45pm) because the performers encouraged (or at least allowed) them to sing.

Review 97：I was very impressed that the Resort Manager came and introduced himself and made me feel welcome. The villa was spacious, clean and the decor was impressive, especially on the wall in the bedroom. The bathroom was more than I could have imagined! I had a private swimming pool and patio too!

Review 98：For a resort of this kind it was very disappointing to have a bedroom that couldn't even block out the sun with blinds. Try getting enough sleep when you have a full sun roaring into your bedroom. Very poor there was no block out blinds. Astonished. We also shared the suite with a lizard who obviously didn't like us intruding on his space and made very load shrieking noises during the night right above the bed just to wake you and and ask you to get out of his house. Got him out but a couple of hours later he was in... Gaps in the ceiling...

Review 114：The shower stunk, reported it right away. It was cleaned with one of the pool towels. Towel not replaced and shower still stunk. We had one boat journey from hell, grounded out at one point and then thought we were going to get chucked off it. Wasn't safe and this journey should have been cancelled. booking.com says free bikes but they tried to charge us. This island is not good if you want to see phuket and other island's as it's just not easy to travel to and from.

Review 122：We ordered food to our villa and it was served as a cheap takeaway in plastic cans. When we complaint that the sea view villa was not as indicated when ordered, their only answer was, do you want to change to a garden villa. We love Thai food but this resort has two restaurants focusing more on western food and then one good Sushi restaurant. When you pay this amount you should not have to worry about paying for transport to or from the Island.... They really need to rethink their service and pricing!

Review 124：the beach (muddy ground in the water which was disgusting) the manager is verry rude everything at the resort is overpriced they wanted us to pay for the TV which was broken since we arrived (we managed to get out of this scam after 30min of negociating) and we were not the only ones who they tried to scam the jacuzzi at the villa works on a fixed schadule (at the time normal people are at the beach) the cleaning service (at the end of the stay we had only 3 towels out of 6 and no showergell - i had to go to the reception to ask for some more)

Review 126：We had the grand sea view villa and my kids loved the private pool as well as the water slide in the main pool area. I liked the atmosphere all around.

Review 127：our villa was sold with the sea view but we saw only the back walls of the houses opposite us, this was a big disappoinment.

Review 129：Beach is not as beautiful as we thought, you look at the rather dirty pier. Boats were only every hour, and only from 6am to 22pm and costs 100 baht per for a roundtrip. A free transfer, except the check-in and out would be nice. Hotel is already expensive enough as is. Office in Phuket Marina is very hard to find, it's a big marina and they're only two arrows. We had to ask several people around.

Review 136：The resort have a very wide range of insects and lizards as I never seen in my life which you can't feel comfort at all the mattress and the love seat are very poor, very poor beach activities, if you want to eat after 11 you can't because all the facilities are closed, and can't order anything from out side because it's in an island, simple don't worth the money. The stuff should be trained more on the English language.

The 24-hour Village Water Taxi service departs to and from Royal Phuket Marina for an additional charge. The meeting point is in front of Les Anges Café.
