Review 1：I would be afraid a little bit of safety because of doors (nothing happend), it is not possible to sleep with open window because of noise from street (but the closed window provide you great barrier to noise)

Review 2：it was close to the metro station (Novotcherkaskaya) so it was no problem to be in 20 minutes in the city center, 7am-11pm open shop nearby the hotel, spacious rooms

Review 3：No heating in the room although it was cold outside. There is a central heating and the hotel don't operate it. The breakfast is good but the same food is served every day without any change. On the last day we asked to hotel clarck to put our bags in the room besides him he said it isn't possible because the hotel manager don't allow it and we had to leave the bags out infront of her

Review 11：- I didn't like facilities (only sauna with limited hours in the morning) - I didn't like "The spirit of USSR" walking everywhere. The world-class hotel should be not like this - I didn't like traffic noise.

Review 13：Room was very hot, no air conditioning. Loud noises from the street whole night (traffic and accelerating cars). No wifi connection in our room. Breakfast was very basic, not even bacon or fresh fruits.

Review 15：No air conditioning, during our stay +30°C in the room, there was a portable fan, that was a little helpful. Can't sleep with opened windows in the room on facade's part of the hotel, because of traffic it was very noisy. It's better to choose room in the hotel's inner yard's side.

Review 31：The smell of the water and in the bathroom, no blackout curtains in theroom (essentual for the white nights), additional charges for visasupport and police registration (for the latter we had to negotiate withthe reception staff), twin beds in the bedroom, although it was clear weare family with children. The breakfast can be improved - some of thestaff was quite unfriendly and the variety of food was not constant - wehad to wait or exclusively ask to bring ham.
