Review 1：Can not say anything was bad. Our party had some rooms that were unclean. But staff moved us with no issues

Review 2：Pretty clean. Facility need some upgrade. But for the money paid was satisfied. Location to Hospital was very good. Would stay again. Breakfast was awesome. Quite hotel.

Review 15：Thought it was a better rated hotel, shady people, was worried about our car!slept there one night! Left as soon as we could! Very low budget! The room smelled musty, the bathroom needs work! Disappointed!

Review 16：the staff appeared without supervision. The only hotel/motel I have stayed in where you had to wait for them to open the lobby door in the morning. It didn't open up until 7:00 or 8:00. I forget which, but when you wanted to leave by 5:00 it doesn't really make much difference.

Review 18：The room smelled horrible, the bathroom was dirty, the toilet ran, the exhaust fan very noisy, the curtains didn't close properly, wifi didn't work. Room appliances didn't work, staff informed several times and finally replaced coffee pot with another broken coffee pot. Sugar packets and coffee packets stale. Trash collected by housekeeping was piled up at bottom of steps for the entire weekend making the place stink even more.

Review 22：There was a mistake with my booking so they weren't expecting me. I was lucky I got a room. There were used towels left in the bathtub. It wasn't particilarly clean and the air on was very noisy. That said the staff were pleasant and the location was good.

Review 30：One desk clerk was very nice, but another was exceptionally surly, rude and unhelpful. Their WiFi was out of service. The bathroom fan was very loud and made a weird groaning noise. The bath spigot was pulled several inches out of the wall. There was a small part of one roll of toilet tissue and no replacement roll in the room. Only one washcloth was provided for two people. Housekeeping ignored the "do not disturb" sign on the door and tried to barge in. The neighborhood was sketchy, with the police frequently running to the large public housing authority complex across the street.

Review 31：The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. All the usual room amenities like a coffee maker,iron, hairdryer, etc. were provided, along with a good sized mini fridge and microwave. Overall, considering the low room rate we paid, it was a reasonable value.

Review 76：I didn't like the smell of the room. It was a non-smoking room, but definitely felt like it previously was a smoking room. The walls were very thin and it seemed like I could hear things going on in all directions.

Review 77：They double charged me for the stay, as soon as I checked in I got a charge for the whole amount then they charged me again for each individual night. I have stayed in many hotels, and they have taken deposits but I have never had this happen to me. They denied it and I am still trying to work it out with them as well as my bank.

About 2 hours before I arrived I had reserved the roomon a website and called the hotel to confirm that the transaction wentthrough. They said that they received the fax and everything was good.I then drove 45 minutes to the hotel and when I approached the frontdesk they couldn't find the fax. The first guy passed theresponsibility to the next girl who looked in the computer andcouldn't find our reservation. She said they didn't have myroom (mentioned that they had one left earlier) and they would callanother hotel and see if they had any openings. Finally a manager cameup and they concluded that the reservation was made under the managerspassword in the computer (Im not sure how the computer system works).Then they found the fax right next to the computer they had beenworking on the whole time to find my room. It was sitting right thereon the counter. They hardly apologized for the delay and were like"hey at least we found your room." Gimme a break haha! Yea atthe very least right?? I wasn't emotionally affected by thesituation but the customer service and general attitude was not good.I'm sure the staff had been through a lot during the day being soldout from the Masters Golf Tournament but that had nothing to do with meand my situation. Tighten up your game guys! I won't be back norwill I recommend that anyone stay at your location.The next night I stayed at a Mariott Courtyard in ATL for the same 100$ price and the quality and service was 10x better. Better everything.
