Review 7：Air conditioning did not worked upon my arrival check in In, sleeping at 28 degree Celsius is not so nice... breakfast is low quality and no varieties..., staff looks bored and little arrogant when who r complaining regard several problem during your stay... Wifi signal very poor and tv channel is very bad quality... Cleaning is ok but not so good... A lot of moskitos in the room I got bitten 5 times per night... Spa looks good but the therapist was not professional and not taking care about me... Air conditioning in the massage room too noisy to relax correctly so bad experience at the end and very expensive for the quality delivered. I got brown water from the tap which is disgusting and unacceptable for a 4 * hotel. I really enjoy to leave this establishment ... Staff does not speak correctly English so impossible to understand each other and communicate about the problems that you are dealing with. My key of the room did not work correctly and I had to ask to change the mechanism... The hotel looks old and the owner is certainly not renovating his building... It looks old and dusty ... That's really stupid because the hotel 3 years before was good but the guest satisfaction and the quality is decreasing and they really need to invest in order to keep their place in the 4 * stars hotels category. My safety box was out of order... I stop because I won't have enough room to list every thing...

Review 8：I appreciate the geolocation of the hotel, and the computer room... The soaps delivered into the room are nice and the GM Aom is nice and trying to do her best to solve problems and manage hotels issues.

Review 48：The indoor pool belongs to the spa which has to be paid. It was not mentioned in the website and should not be listed as a feature of the hotel. The tour desk was not familiar with the Zip line package and it took sometimes for them to call and figure it out.

Review 50：Tour desk does not belong to the hotel but it seems one of the main windows to receive guests. However, most of the staff there cannot speak English. We are not well briefed of what we need to bring along with for playing the bamboo rafting so we all get wet without changing dry clothes until back to hotel. There are still a lot of mosquitos even the hotel has made some precaution and prevention work.

Review 51：good location and accessable to all night markets, some are in walking distance. Hotel is full of relaxing atmopshere, from the smell generated by the aroma candles to the decorations itself, all and all gave a very "Thai" feeling. Room is spacious enough even we had an extra bed setting. Hotel provides enough complimentary bottles of water and fresh fruits. The restaurant, Deck One, where is located along the Ping River, provides magnificent views. Food is featuring Thai cuisine with some fusion of European. Good food quality and presentation in general. There are some other options of restaurants along the same road that you cannot miss. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager, Neeranuch Khunpreeda (Aom), she is wonderful and diligent lady responsible for the full operations of the hotel. Always get ready to help and extend her hospitality to all guests.

Review 52：They had major construction going on and didn't not inform us inadvance at all. Was planning on staying for 7 nights. Only stayed forone --- couldn't stand the jack hammer. The hotel was very easygoing when it comes to cancel the supposedly non-refundablereservation, though.

Review 58：My husband and I stayed at Rarin Jinda for my birthday in March and inthe taxi on the way from the airport I was worried what it would belike. I needn't have worried at all!! The pics on their website donot do it justice, it is an amazing place to stay, with a relaxing andsoothing atmosphere, quiet, clean and fantastic! Loved it Loved it Lovedit Absolutely no faults the rooms are spacious and clean, we stayed in206 overlooking the pool, which was so quiet. Perhaps stay on theopposite side if like you the afternoon sun. The room had wooden floors,a four poster bed, tea and coffee facilities a large bathroom with hugewalk-in rain shower and bathtub with shutters into the bedroom so youcan watch telly in the bath! The minibar is fairly priced.The lovely buffet breakfast is across the road but security guards stop the traffic and you can sit outside on massive comfy chairs with your feet up, right opposite the river which is so relaxing and a great start to the day (eggs to order) We ate dinner at the same restaurant they have brekkie 4 times in 6 days!The food is fabulous and you get 20% discount on the total bill, cheaper for food and wine than the other, not very good restaurants in the area, and the quality is top notch (bear in mind I have lived in Dubai for 13 years and have eaten at top class places so I know quality when I eat it :)) The staff in the restaurant are WONDERFUL! You must go to Tiger World it is the best thing we have ever done bar none and you get so much time with the Tigers and can take your own pictures. Tips: takes mosquito spray wherever you go, they are relentless, restaurants normally have it too Get on a Tuk Tuk they are fab The night bazaar is better than the Saturday or Sunday market and you can walk to it from the hotel I will only stay here if I ever return

They don'thelp their customers call local taxi and want us to book their car.Local taxi costs 150 and 200 b at most to the airport and they charge400! Even le meridian provides simple service like this. We willdefinitely not recommend this to anyone. One more thing, their spa isoverpriced too. The lady worked on me only knew how to do body scrub andI felt like getting my whole body scrub for 2.5 hrs. Not cool.

I found the staff from day one to be very friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent as it is away from the hustlre and bustle of the city walls, night markets etc.... The spa complex is gorgeous and offers guests everything they could wish for! Breakfast across the road in their riverside restaurant is just lovely and a great way to start the day. Our room was on level 4 and was spacious and kept very clean. The style and decor was excellent an in keeping with the style of the resort. I would happily recommend the hotel to any of my friends!

Review 71：Wanted to change my booking to 5 days in order to spend 2 days in ChianRai. The receptionist did not allow this - said that she would need tocharge a penalty (1 day). I ended up staying for the 7 days and did a 1day trip to Chiang Rai (was very tiring). Also, there was no discountingfor the 7 days because the booking was done through booking.com?Cost of SPA facilities was quite high when compared to similar services at other resorts in the area.
