Review 1：The hotel is quite large with my complex up a small hill and on the third floor with no elevator. Phones didn't work in the room.

Review 3：While nothing took anything away from us having a great time there were a few things that should be pointed out. The resort is a bit tired looking and in need of some cosmetic upgrade. The resort is set on the hill so the made areas are along the beach front the lobby and transport meeting point are up on the road a long distance away. The positive is that you can get gold buggies up to the top. A lot of the staff do not speak English and while we always get around that anyone that has issued with it would get quite frustrated. Fair House is located out on the Chaweng city centre meaning we had to get transport everyday however it was only 50 baht pp. Up side was the resort was peaceful hand had its own private beach

Review 4：This resort is certainly not a 4 or 5 star resort, however it has everything you need for a great holiday. The rooms are spacious, very clean and maintained everyday. There are two average sized pools which had plenty of lounges around them and were never over crowded while we were there. The restart is right on the beach with lots of beach lounged in the sun as well as plenty in the shade. With a beach side restaurant, beach bar and massage facilities at good rates there is everything you need. The accommodation is in the wooden traditional style with the hard Thai beds that we have come to expect. We were the for New Years Eve and the banquet was exceptional. Would we stay here again - yes we probably would.

Review 11：At first, I didn't think the bes linen was particularly clean. It did smell a bit, but I asked the staff to change them and they happily did so.

Staff tried their best but due to poor English resulting some stressful situation. The Thai food dinner buffet was unsatisfactory, the salad was way too spicy and not eatable :-(

Review 19：Located at Chaweng Noi Beach this resort offers a great value. Calmness, friendly staff, perfect housekeeping, nice beach restaurant and bar. After a few nights being disturbed by some reckless German tourists in our neighbourhood we appreciated the care and support of the management represented by Ms. Kob and Ms. Luiza who didn't just gave us another room but gave us a free upgrade to a bungalow close to the beach as a benefit. Respect, that's what I call professional care for customer satisfaction. We were more than satisfied.

We are talking about 15 % less than the exchange office 2. Mould on the grouting in the bathroom. 3. Towels would need to be replaced 4. Prices on the beach bar do not include the VAT and the 10% service. 5. All hotels i've stayed in and the travel agent I ised for different activities provided bottles of water for free. FAIR HOUSE would charge you 40 B aprox 1 euro (shop price for a bottle 5 B) 6. The resort is full of street dogs walking all over the place (restaurant, swimming pool and the resort)

I had a normal apartmet room on the first night and a bungalow for the remaining but changed back to the normal rooms since they were a lot more confortable , big and more light. The restaurant was lovely and we ended up eating there several times on our stay, from burguers to thai to chinese everything tasted amazing, not to mention the milkshakes. Nice beach and the best thing is the little massage hut next to the restaurant were u get amazing massages for 250thb. The area was very good for those who want to be somewhere quiet and yet just 10min walking from the busy chaweng road for a drink. Its the tipe of place you can come for a holiday and never leave the hotel .

Review 67：You order an espresso and you get an americano... Sorry, but I'm Italian and this is clearly unacceptable. TV in the room was crap... come on, a 32'' LED is what you expect in a place like this. I lost my keys during a midnight bath, and yes, even if it is stated in the check in form, asking for 1500B for the replacement it's a ripoff. I managed to haggle and only paid 500B as I had not lost the keytech (the electronic part that you place to switch on the lights in your room)... but still 500B to duplicate a small iron key is way too much.

Review 68：This is so far the best hotel I tried during my trip in Thailand. Elegant, well designed, comfortable, clean, huge and well serviced. The place has two pools, a restaurant on the beach, a lounge bar right beside, a huge park and transfers from any place in the resort via electrical cars (just need to ask someone to pick you up). Restaurant: I tried only the breakfast, so I cannot comment on the actual menu. It was OK as a buffet, but nothing special. To me it was satisfying. My superior room was huge, a king size bed + another bed for one person. Bathroom with bathtub.

The hot water shower is very bad, no hot water most of the time . In the afternoon the beach always run out of towels. Very small swimming ( playing? ) pool. Need to drive or take a cab to get to the chaeeng town centre.

Review 79：Booked one week at the hotel, but we wanted to stay one more night. On booking.com the price was 1930 Baht, but the hotel wanted 2600 for one more night even though we did pay about 1930 baht per day for the first 7 nights. They said they couldn't do anything about it so I just made the reservation in the lobby and paid 1930 Baht. Shouldn't been that hard. Very bad service! The food on the beach restaurant was ok, but the waiters did forget you when sitting on the beach and it took a long time to get some food.

Review 80：Location was very good, but you should rent a scooter which is about 200 baht per day. That way you can drive to all the good restaurants further north on Chaweng. The hotel beach Chaweng Noi, was by far the best beach on the Island. The water was crystal clear, but maybe a bit too shallow. Perfect for families with small children. We did try alot of beaches around the Island and none of them had the same crystal clear water as Chaweng and C Noi. Both Lamai and Silver beach was very turbid. This can change depending on what time of year you are visiting Koh Samui. Some reviews say that it's a long walk or hike from the cheapest rooms to the beach, but not for normal people. We did stay on the room with the longest distance to the beach and it tok 3 minutes of slow walking and one steep road. Well worth the cheaper price than the bungalows on the beach. The hotel area is also very nice and clean and they swipe leaves all day long. Would definitely stay here again.
