Review 1：Getting a parking was a challenge as I know for sure there was space but the security person was reluctant to let me in. Its just when I complained to the reception things changed. Perhaps the parking staff can also be more welcoming

Review 2：I've been staying in this hotel since 2003 and never did I get the feeling of customer care. This time around I don't know what changed but surely the staff attitude and their focus towards making customers happy was something new. I wish all Medina and Makkah visitors get similar treatment because most of the hotels don't consider being nice and providing customer service a part of the package.

Review 3：Well trained & helping attitude staff, perfect and best comfortable facilities, well equipped neat & clean room, bath room also neat and clean. Very close to Haram, specially ladies prayer section of the Haram is in front of the hotel. I value the time I spent in this hotel.

Review 8：We paid for a quad 4 adults and they gave us a triple and squeezed in a child bed as the fourth bed . Even though we complained they didn't do anything despite making a promise. They charged me 25 saudi riyals for using their computer for 5 mins to check in online for my flight and 5 SR for sheet of paper used to print ! This should be complimentary! Front desk staff English is not excellent.

Review 26：- The hotel is within easy walking distance from ALHARAM. The staff are always smiling and very helpful especially Mr Bader Al Mohmadi the Asst. Front Office Manger. - Reasonable choices at breakfast. - Mr Hassan Rauff the Executive Manager has made our stay very comfortable and pleasant which made us extend our stay one more day. - The car parking staff are well organised and very helpful. - In future visit to ALMADINAH , this hotel will be our destination.

Review 28：Excellent proximity to Masjid Nabwi especially for ladies, it's exactly opposite Gate 25 from where ladies go for Ziyarah Of the Prophet. The Beds are very comfortable, early check-in is possible based on availability. The Taxi stand is right below the Hotel so transport is available 24/7. The Breakfast buffet was very diverse and tasty it was a treat actually. The staff is very courteous and helpful, even the quantity manager called the room during our stay to check if our experience is enjoyable and we require any support. Overall a Top notch property with affordable rates and Excellent services. Will plan to stay here always from now on.

Review 29：Reciptionest are not friendly and even to the extend that one of them while am standing in front of him waiting to answer me after saying salam alikum, he kept staring at some papers infront of him and sayed " i am lisening, say what you want".

Review 47：Other guests on my floor made the corridors into a playground, allowing their children to scream, shout, run and make other loud noises throughout the whole of the night, right up until after fajr (5am). I had two young children who got disturbed and woke up several times throughout the night as well as ourselves. I complained to the hotel several times and they said they will send security to stop them, but this continued for 4 nights continuously. Eventually I had to change my room to a different floor. Although not entirely the hotel's fault, this was the only bad experience I had during my stay.

Review 48：Excellent location. 2 minutes walk from Masjid an Nabawi. Good, helpful staff. Free Iftar and suhoor during Ramadan was really nice. Eid breakfast was excellent.

Review 91：I booked a 4 bedroom apartment for 7 persons, there were 3 beds in two bedrooms which were unnecessary and were causing congestion and were a hurdle to move around, The apartmenmt needs a common room and a place and table to eat. The lights were too dim. Needs bright lights. No facilities for heating or kitchen, needs at least a microwave oven to heat the food

Very poor Skills Restaurants don't open till 9:00 PM!!! what if you are hungry before. After checking in our two rooms we were not happy n wanted junior suite, they were quick to accept and move us after couple of hours. Facilities are pretty decent and location is excellent, specially for ladies as it's just outside ladies entrance and have variety to food options just across the street.

Review 115：I had booked a room with three beds, but the room was too small for two beds and they had crammed an extra bed inside the same room. leaving no space for luggage or even moving around. The wash room was very small and the commode was so close to the adjacent wall that it was ridiculous. I requested them to change room and they said no room is available. so i decided to check out after one night although my booking was for 4 nights. Next morning when i went to check out, they said they will change my room to a better one, although no room was available a night before and no room was expected to be vacated as well. the duty manager Mr. Faisal was very apologetic and tried to convince me to stay but i had made booking in another hotel. so they refunded my remaining balance and i checked out.

Review 116：Mr. Faisal was very helpful and tried to solve my problem the next morning, but by that time i had made arrangements at another hotel and e reluctantly let me go and refunded my balance amount without any issue.

Review 117：Unfortunately,i make reservation since 2 months before & make special requests but seemed dallah team un willing to corporate with Booking before. No one have time to check my requests & meet it. My request to be in upper floors & facing the street but no one in dallah willing to meet Booking coustoners requests. I will no visit this hotel any more & will no more reserved through booking.com at least in the middle east. Other thing rooms are too tight, it not comfortable, unsafe for free movements & will be seriously disaster in case for evacuation.

Review 119：Housekeeping was awful, Had to call many times and finally they came the next day. Cleaning staffs are over taxed and the gentleman who manages them pulls them out in between cleaning. (*it happened to me) 6 lifts for the whole hotel , is very low and time consuming specially during prayer time.
