Review 1：SPA center didn't work. If we had been informed about it we would had canceled the reservation.

Review 5：Nice hotel, a bit "too much arty stile (?)" for me, but with excellent location with convenient car park! Initially our room was not facing the riverside/ the Old town and I asked if it was possible a change. The receptionist very politely accepted my request and managed to move us to another room with a fantastic view! We were very grateful for this!

Review 18：Too much decoration all over the place, not for the taste of everybody. During the whole stay, I didn't see any other hotel guests - not even during the breakfast. "The soundproof windows" were not that soundproof. You could hear the cars from the street.

Review 20：Evrithing was dirty especially the batroom and most of the things around the rooms was broken like lamps and the decoration. It was very dusty everywhere.I need to wash the batroom whit very hot wather before use it .Disgusting!!!!! .I not understand how this can happen in four star hotel .This staff need to understand that people will leave very poor review for them ,it's not enough to have rooms painted in red and gold to be a four star hotel

Review 71：After entering the room, I received a phone call from the woman in charge of reservations which was with an extremely rude tone, notifying me that I need to return downstairs and pay an additional fee for a second person in the room, followed by a hangup over the phone without any greetings. After I checked out the room, I noticed that it was not clean at all, there was candle wax all over one of the tables in the bedroom and the table in the living room had not been cleaned. Later throughout the night as I decided to leave the room , I noticed the safe was not working after which I called reception and was notified that I had to wait 30-40 min to have the safe fixed which caused a delay in my meeting. For the money spent on one night , the stay was not worth the rudeness from the majority of the staff. I most certainly will not stay there again!

Review 82：Very bad experience, it was cold weather outside and in the hotel was cold too.. No SPA area - no swimming pool, no sauna, no fitness, nothing of activities or facilities that were declared! Carpets were dirty (especially one in restaurant where we had breakfast). I wouldn´t recommend this hotel and I´ll never go there again.
Review 83：The staff/ No one smiled. The front desk service was lazy. No onewas at the bar. When we went one time. The man was outside smoking Wewaited in the bar than left the bar. No one smiled at all . Not oneperson at that whole hotel smiled. It was a shame because it is such abeautiful hotel. When you go to a hotel you want the staff to say helloand smile. You like the front desk to make you feel welcome. The staffneeds customer training.
