Review 1：I booked a room which is listed in the hotel top rooms yet I was given another room which was very bad, and when asked why they said it was given to another guests,which made me leave the hotel the next day.

Review 5：Even though we paid a cheaper rate through the booking we did not expect the low standard of room.it was very dated, noisy.one of the oldest rooms. Had to request 2 cups to be provided so I could make a hot drink. This took some explaining as they kept telling me for what we paid the room did not include tea or coffee provisions. Finally managed to get through to them I only wanted cups. Staff unfriendly did not interact unless they had to. The man looking after the pool was friendly though. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Review 8：Rooms are spacious, tidy and clean. Staff is very helpful. Great little massage place at the ground floor of hotel. Nice restaurants in walking distance, or you can ask the hotel shuttle to drop you off. Supermarket with good selection in walking distance, too.

Review 9：The place looks a bit tired. Lots of empty shops and clinics around. You need transportation if you want to explore Phuket but car rental is easy.

Review 13：Internet is dreadful. It is free I know - but absolutely terrible. You need to get a new internet password everyday - we were there 2 weeks - crazy. Basically we had no internet for the 2 weeks. The reason for this is that the Chinese come in on the buses and they use all the bandwidth of the internet. We will never stay there again.

Review 14：Not a lot. The staff were not really helpful. They are just overrun with the Chinese busloads that come in each day for breakfast or dinner. Not a pleasant place to stay at all. Food very average.

Review 17：Didn't like the breakfast, the whole place is old and we had to wait a long time at reception every time. They stopped the electricity for over an hour one morning and it got stinking hot without the air con.

Review 19：The self contained units where I stayed are not close to the pool. I stayed in the hotel for the first night and the rooms are around the pool. Although you could ring for the Shuttle bus it was quicker to walk. There is no path for some of the walk and you need to walk on the roadway.

Review 21：The hotel appeared to be in the middle of a working marina and business type area, definitely not a holiday location. No information available on the location, what was around us or places to visit. There were a lot of big coach parties and big groups of school children, we felt quite isolated and unable to access information to enable us to leave the resort. Wifi only available in public areas not in rooms.

Review 35：The breakfast is very Asian. Nothing other than an omelette or toast & jam for a Westerner. The hotel charges for the internet...what hotel charges for internet in Asia, its free EVERYWHERE!!! Please stop charging and make it free!!

Review 39：The fitness centre was not located in the Resort, as suggested by their description of ‘facilities’. Instead it was 400 meters to the north east at the Lagoon’s Boat Club – there are shuttles from the Resort that will take you there. The Boat Club’s facility was 1 small room with dilapidated equipment and the only treadmill was out of order. Sadly this looked nothing like the web page advertising I’d seen while making my reservation nor the pictures shown in the Resort’s lobby while I was staying there. A decent Fitness Centre is available 300 meters south of the Resort, just above the local super market, and cost 150 thb/person for a day pass.

Review 40：The location was central to the island and had direct access to the main highway (Thep Krasattri/402). Stores and restaurants just outside of Boat Lagoon offered good variety and value. The resort was very clean and well maintained. This unfortunately meant the pool and the Lounge were closed for 5 of my 11 day stay while undergoing major cleaning and repairs.

Review 41：Staff cannot speak very fluently. And the single bed was small was with wheels!!!! I did not figure out why they put wheels on the bed.

Review 42：Food was great. Rooms were clean and nice. Swimming pool was fantastic. But the location of the hotel was too remote. Have to take ten minutes from the street to the hotel. Massage was so great, and the boss was a nice woman.

Review 43：The room was unventilated and dusty...linens smelled bad...breakfastwas a disaster...There was no hand soap in the bathroom...The hoteldidn't provide even paper slippers...not good impressions for a threestar hotel...

The pool furniture was readily available and well located. we liked having the outdoor furniture outside our room. The dining staff were accommodating and helpful. The shuttle buses were good. The TV programs were also good, especially the Australian channel
