Review 1：The room was very small and it was smelly with smoke although we asked for non smoking room. The toilet was also small and when taking a shower water will cover parts of the toilet. The toilet finishing is really bad and not expected even in a three star hotel. The price is too high for this hotel.

Review 13：Washroom and room was not clean (up to the mark). Bed sheets and towels were not clean as it should be. At reception clerk took to much time during check in and check out.

We had to park in the public parking which was far from the hotel. Reception staff were unhelpful and rude. Not good value for money at all. I won't stay there again.

The staff were really rude when I was going to change the date of my stay the employee Ahmad showed me bad attitude. I didn't like it so I called the the original company "hyatt" and they told me that they don't have hotel in Medina. So I couldn't do any thing about it very disappointed. هذا الفندق عباره عن فندق لا يمثل فنادق حياه العالمي"Hyatt" كما اني اتصلت علي الشركه الام وتاكدت بنفسي لاني اردت اشكو الموظف احمد لانه كان سيئ المعامله وقال لي بالحرف الواحد لاتستطيع عمل حاجه!! ولو ان الهوتل لم يعجبك لاتستطيع استرداد فلوسك ولو اردت تغير التاريخ يلزموك بدفع الفرق
Review 82：Free space hardly available in quadruple room. Free space not available in the so called table placed in room. Available space on table occupied by electric kettle and glasses. Small bathroom. Water was leaking from shower handle. No hot water available. Although they mention 4 pm as check in time, they could allot room by 5.30 pm only. There were other similar people waiting to get the room allotted at 5.30 pm. House keeping staff had not cleaned the room on next day till 5 pm, despite putting up notice on door handle. Upon enquiring, it was informed that there were lot of check in & checkouts that day, that`s why. Finally, room was cleaned around 6.30 pm. Safe in our room was in locked state upon checkin. Informed them twice that safe needs to be unlocked for use. Each time, they mentioned that they will send staff in 5-30 minutes, which never happened. Gave up this matter after that, and safe was still in locked state during checkout!! Nearby shops are a bit costly.

Quality breakfast which is complementary.Staff is very welcoming and the comfort level at the hotel is outstanding. Moreover I booked 3 quad rooms but I got triple rooms with additional bed. The parking is free but you can't get it unless there is available slot. WiFi coverage is not that good inside the rooms. The toilet was dirty and even the mugs in the room were not clean.

He just have me a receipt and told me to talk to the parking guy if there is a spot available. The parking spot couldn't find me a spot for 7 days. I had to park almost 25 minutes walk away from the hotel. People there are neither helpful not polite. They just wanna get rid of you.

Review 135：The staff was discourteous and no way had it appeared that they were managing a 5 star hotel. The room was not available till 6.30 PM and we were kept on waiting. Remember this was fasting month and my family was fasting and we were made to go through this torture. In the end when we got the room we were astonished to see that we were given a triple room whereas we had booked a quadruple room as we were four adults. Bathroom was messy with no towels and toiletries. After repeated requests we got two towels after 10.00 pm. It was a horrible experience for us.
