Review 1：We had a room with the backyard view (it's not a problem), but heating worked so good we had to open the window. On the weekend nights there's NEVER quiet! :)

The woman working at the desk assured me we could and to speak with the manager in the am. The manager refused to cancel our room saying it was too late for her to book our room to someone else. When we came back in the evening to change before our train home, we asked for the keys to our room and the manager said she had already booked it to another couple! So sad to leave with a bad taste of this otherwise nice hotel. This one manager left us with a bad experience. Wi-fi signal was weak also.

Our room was really nice and the bathroom looked modern and clean. The staff was also really helpful. The breakfast is just standard continental, but perfectly fine.

Review 27：Уборка просто ужас!!! Мусор от предыдущих постояльцев копится, наверно, месяцами!!! Пробки по углам комнаты, свалявшиеся клоки чего-то неопределенного, какие-то бумажки и тд и тп. Кроме постели и ванной вообще ничего не убиралось. Стол, посуда, подоконники, все было ровно в таком же виде, как до уборки. Ну и самое ужасное: даже в более дешевых отелях не подают разорванных полотенец. На протяжении 3-х дней из 5!!! нам приносили именно такие, лоскуты материи, оторванные неизвестно от какой большой ткани. Халат с огромной дырой на боку также подпортил настроение. Персонал в целом - хороший, однако, кто-то более отзывчив и helpful, кто-то менее.

Review 28：Останавливались в номере Делюкс в апреле. Невероятно красивый интерьер номера и всего мини-отеля, идеальное местоположение в 15 мин ходьбы от главных достопримечательностей. Расположение всех номеров на 4-5 этаже дома держит в тонусе)))) Вай-фай хороший, без проблем открывали, читали, скачивали на всех гаджетах кроме ноутбука. С ним были проблемы - постоянно вылетал вай-фай. В комнате для завтраков вода, чай и кофе 24/7. Завтраки - одно и тоже, скудные, но есть и горячее (1-2 блюда), и йогурты с мюсли, и нарезка из сыра и колбасы, и тосты с булочками. В целом, за потраченные деньги абсолютно адекватное предложение.

Pleasant rooms, friendly and helpful staff, plus the fastest wifi I have ever experienced in a hotel. You may find the set of chairs to climb a downside. But if you don't mind that, this is an ideal place to stay.

The wall which is opposite to the bed is a white coloured bricks wall, which looks strange to me in conjunction with LCD TV. Also a breakfast time is not that early as some other hotels have. It starts at 8 a.m., while the most convinent train to Moscow leaves at 6:45 am.
