Review 1：Not entirely clean, traffic noise if room faces main street, could use some smiles.

Review 7：This is a very convenient, well-run place to stay in Shepparton. The room was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. The owners were friendly too. I would happily stay again.

Review 11：The location was convenient and easy to enter from a busy road. The rooms were clean, presentable and the noise was non existent once you closed the windows. Off street parking was good and no extra charge.

Review 26：The free WiFi was patchy in the evening and I had to go back to reception for the password as it wasn't provided when we checked in. The size and functionality of bathroom needs improvement as it's a bit dated. The bedside tables were a bit close to the bed and I nearly hit my head on one a few times!
Review 27：Hassle-free check in, staff friendly and very helpful, with information about nearby restaurants and shops in town. Cozy room was cozy - electric blankets were appreciated! Heater worked well although it was a bit noisy. A small dining table, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge and flat screen tv with free movies was included. Soap dispensers in the nice hot shower were impressive. Comfortable bed with nice quality linen. Overall this motel is a good choice for a night or two. It's a short drive from the main shops, lake and river. Light sleepers will need earplugs as it's on the highway.

Review 35：We paid for 2 family rooms - one room had a double and 2 singles - all good. The second room had a double and 2 bunks - our voucher never advised we would have bunks. My children are 4 and 6 - not really safe to put them in bunks with no safety rails. And the bunks had no ladder. Not really acceptable for a Family room!!
Review 36：Not with the motel - the problem was getting there. The Maps app on the iPhone gave a location about three quarters of a kilometre from the actual site - in the correct street, but it took a phone call to the motel to sort out.

Review 42：I thought when I booked our Spa room we would be getting a corner spa (which was what was shown in the pictures of the suite I selected) instead of a 1 person spa bath in the actual bathroom. Would of prefered the larger shower instead... Also, I organised a late checkout nearly 2 months in advance and yet a man still knocked on our door at 10am asking (quite abrubtly) when we where leaving. Slightly disapointed.

Review 48：The fact that there were no condiments to use with the toaster or crockery and cutlery. We had to rinse our cups in the bathroom. The location of the motel was far from peaceful. Too much noisy traffic passing by all night. I didn't sleep well because of it, neither did my mother.

Review 50：We arrived after 8pm on a Friday evening and Brendan was a great help in suggesting places to eat and filling us in on what was happening in the area over the weekend. We don't need to go to Shepparton very often, but will definitely consider staying here again.

Review 60：The standard way of charging for provided nuts and drinks is excessive, so we never touch them and this a bit farcical. The pictures on the walls were of Venice and some place with snow. Why would you not have pictures of, say, local wetlands with wetland birds or someone canoeing or fishing. Use these pictures to show off something about the region, even an aerial photo of the city in its region. Sail boats on Warranga Basin, a scene from a Shepparton Theatre Arts Group production, a scene at the swimming pool, a beautiful shot or painting of Victoria Lake with its wetland, magnificent river red-gums on the Goulburn etc.
