Review 1:No Cleanliness. Room was handed over to me without changing bedsheets, even WC in washroom was not flushed. I have to pay extra money to sweeper to clean the room. Long waiting line to get room.

Review 7:Not clean at all. MY wife and my daughter were sick and I asked to get a soup, they said no you have to go to the buffet and pay for the full lunch, amazing. The window did not close and we were at the 9th floor, I asked at least four times the guys at the reception but they just keep saying ok someone will come right now, I waited half the day in the room, which prevented me from doing more important things there. I wanted to go to the restaurant, finally to ask for a soup, the restaurant was closed at 9pm. Frankly there is no way this hotel can get his four stars in tunisia for example.
Review 8:The hotel is very close to the mosque 5mn and you're at the external gates
Review 9:The rooms are very small. All facilities are there but you will feel restricted movement. So if you have kids, it might be a little difficult. The guys at the parking and at the entrance are not polite or helpful. However, the reception staff is ok.
Review 10:The place is quite close to Masjid Al Nabawi. The breakfast is ok. They clean your rooms every day.
Review 11:Breakfast was included upon booking confirmation. When asked at the reception, was told breakfast is not available at all. In addition, the reception guy did not even understand when asked for an invoice/receipt for corporate purpose which was pre -paid via credit card. He was clueless on what an invoice/receipt is and responded back to come at a later time.

Review 15:The reservation chief person, Egyptian man called Abduldayem, is extremely rude. I reserved bed and breakfast through booking but the receptionist told me it is only bed room in the system. I showed him my booking and he was extrely polite; Mr. Habeb. He told the reservation officer to change my booking into bed and breakfast and during my speaking to him, this man (Abduldayem) came and started shouting for no reason and i was about to call the police to him but i did not do so as a respect to the city of the prophet Mohamed The breakfast was very poor The bathroom ceiling was leaking water over your head

Review 20:Location is little far from ladies gate. Parking not sufficiently available, had to park outside. Reception staff took long time. Lifts take unusual waiting time. Mattresses/pillows not high quality. In short , it is not value for money.

Review 23:Hotel is not a four star it should be 2.5 or 3 star. Rooms are very small and overcrowded with old furniture, no kettle even fridge was not plugged in, I had to do it myself. Staff was polite and good.

Review 25:the staff lied to me that you have been upgraded to a better hotel .. Which actually was a clear downgrade, they were screaming and also threatened to cancel our reservation. It was a pathetic experience dealing and speaking to the staff . Finally booking.com guys had to intervene and sort out the mess... Never advise anyone to go to them.

Review 29:Having stayed in 2 to 5 star hotels in Makkah and Madina I find it worst among all of them. Beds were not fresh and it appeared we were sleeping on other's bed. You need to go quick for breakfast or lunch otherwise they will be finished at even 2 pm for lunch. At times they won't even serve dinner because they haven't cooked anything ! It's all even after you wanna pay. Location is deceivingly near. It's almost 1 km away from the ladies entry where they can go to riaz ul Janna. Last but not the the least, requested for early check-in at 12 pm. Was not ready ; no problem... They said will be ready by 2 pm. Reached there by 2.30 pm ....again sorry room not available. Ya Allah! Finally went after isha at 8 pm and found no dinner thus again went out.checked out next day at 9pm for Makkah Hotel Madina Kareem was 100 times better which i experienced on my earlier stay. Even 2 star hotel of Makkah names Mobarak Plaza 2 is way better if you keep price factor in mind.

Review 31:service could have been better. we had to wait for 5 hrs to get rooms even though we were previously booked and then we're given separated rooms on different floors. Elevators were slow and broken down most of the time.

We were lucky to find a guy at the hotel who said that we need to go to El Eiman Royal hotel for our booking. Review 47:I didn't like anything about the hotel. From the reception furniture to the room furniture no self respecting human can stay there even for a minute. They are so dirty and worn out you can't dare sit on them let alone sleep.
Review 48:Atitude and behaviour of the staff on the reception.they gave us the key of the room which was already occupied by some family. When we entered the room already kids and females sleeping.how embracing situation to enter in some ones private room at 12 midnight. Review 55:My booking was a king or at least a queen size bed but was given a room with 3 single beds. Practically me and my wife have no space to move around. 2 days later after my few complaints, one single bed was removed and the 2 single beds left were joint together to form 1 bed. The electronic key to the room was not functioning. At least it has been changed 4 to 5 times. Many times I could not enter my rooms and have to make my way down to the recetionist to get a new key. Till the end of my stay, i have to make many tries before i could open the door. Misleading 4 star rating. The furnitures in the room are truly substandard. Torn towels Not accepting credit card payment on checking in. Barred me from entering the room until i pay them in cash. Remove this hotel from your listing. Will give you a bad name. I notice, during my stay, other customers were also8 complaining on quality of services.

Review 57:When I reached,they said your booking had been canceled and then I asked the reason. They said booking.com charged your card and your credit card was declined. I called to my bank and they no attempt found for your credit card. I informed them and showed them my booking from booking,com. Review 65:There was nothing in the hotel to like. Rooms were smelling, bed sheets were not clean and the staff were busy and nobody was ready to listen. It was overcrowded with pilgrims and their luggage was spreaded all over the hotel and sometimes there was no space even to walk in the corridors. Overall it was a mess and I regret to book this hotel.

Review 78:Hotel is having 14 floors with around 20 room on each floor. They have only 8 elevators which is insufficient in my opinion for the guests during prayer times. I was on 14th Floor and had to wait for 30 Minutes to get to my floor with lots of tussle.

And I was left with no towels to take a bath at Jumma prayer time. ** -- Housekeeping Supervisor was kind enough to listen to my complain and he corrected the issue. Bu this issue should have not happed at the 1st place - Dirty carpet, and burnt with holes at many places. - TV does not work in one room and other room the channels were stuck with no reception leaving the children bored with no cartoons to watch. - No toothpaste or shaving kits and bathroom supplies not up to mark. - Need to enter user name and password every 15 minutes of using internet. - I would try some other option next time.

Review 117:I tried to contact them to let them know I would be arriving later than expected but the number listed doesn't work... So when I did arrive I found the room I had booked and had been charged for the week before had been given to someone else... And I was told that they were going to send me to another 'better' hotel... I was given haphazard directions and an incomplete name for the 'better' hotel by the manager and spent the next few hours looking for this hotel...
