Review 1：The lack of info that the staff knew about buses. Not everyone can afford taxis. And we found the buses to be fine when we found the buses.

Review 5：Price was greatly increased for the World Cup and value was not worth the cost. Location was not very convenient. Common areas and rooms are somewhat worn and need updating but are very clean.
